- PLPete Lazzari4 days ago1.0An employee at this store crashed my work truck. Manager Osbaldo had me drop it off at a random house which ended up being an unlicensed/uninsured chop shop for repairs. Truck disappeared for a month. Got the truck back. Repairs might be worse than the damage itself. Had to hire an attorney because the store refused to provide their insurance information or let me submit an insurance claim. Regional Manager Jeff Kiersch & Customer Success Agent Karli offered $2k to cover damages and refused to submit an insurance claim. I am out thousands of dollars in repairs, thousands of dollars in attorneys fees and thousands of dollars in damages for equipment being out of use. I've been ghosted by Jiffy Lube/GriffCo ever since.

With 5 vehicles we take in regularly I’ve only been turned away because my F-250 was to large… My bad! Management has most generally always been talkative, engaging, reading the client, seemed to be anticipating his YES answers to my request.
