  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this shop! I was driving through Reno and unexpectedly needed an oil change. They were able to fit me in, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting Tom and Henry and they were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. You could immediately tell that they genuinely care about their customers and they take pride in their business. The service was outstanding, the price was excellent, and the entire experience was above and beyond what I expected. As someone who was simply passing through town, I was treated like a longtime customer and that really meant a lot. The ONLY thing that upset me is that I live so far away! 😂 If I lived in Reno, this would absolutely be my go-to auto shop. I would be there for all of my vehicle needs without hesitation. Thank you Hi Tech and your entire team for taking such great care of me and my car. It’s businesses like this that remind you there are still people who truly care about providing exceptional service. I highly recommend them! 🚗❤️

  Awesome shop from the techs to the service advisor everyone was really helpful and gave me great advise and guidance with my cars issues. Theyre inspection report was the most detailed ive ever seen. Other shops could learn alot from these guys.

  Great honest mechanic great service they diagnose the problem solved it I'm very happy would recommend 10 out of 10 thanks tom and everyone else who partook in repairing my vehicle appreciate y'all don't go to any other shop they will take care of you here and fix the problem honestly without upselling or saying it's a bigger issue went to another mechanic shop didn't do a good diagnostics and I knew they didn't because they said it was the bearings on my turbo and they had to replace the whole turbo because I know the bearings would make noise loud noise, I lost faith in finding an honest mechanic in Reno but hi tech took care of me and found the issue without replacing the whole turbo you're in good hands here
