  I couldn’t believe how expensive it was to do a synthetic oil change and remove and replace 6 spark plugs. On top of that,you had my truck from 9am until 4pm and then your ability to process a credit card was down when you finally finished up with the repair. And, had an appointment. I will never return nor will I recommend your shop. Very disappointing experience and in my opinion,customer service.

  Greg's Garage did a great job replacing the failed AC and Water Pump...There were some issues with the fit and finish. Greg made sure we were satisfied happy customers...We can say that our satisfaction was Greg's top priority. We've already recommended some friends and associates to use Greg's Garage.

  Greg's Garage changed my oil pan, replaced valve cover gasket and flushed transmission fluid after vehicle assessment. I picked up my vehicle 2 days later and was traveling home when check engine icon illuminated, along with a front end shimmer. Contacted the shop, told me to bring it back immediately. I was approximately 25 miles from town and it was almost closing time. Greg's called me next day and informed me a coil pin had come out after the reassemble of the valve cover gasket. I live over a hour from the shop, so I picked up the vehicle 2 days later once remedied . I requested consideration due to additional trips and inconvenience. After 2 additional calls, Greg's compensated me for my inconvenience. I'm completely satisfied with Greg's Garage overall service.
