  Car was nice, but they seem very understaffed, I had to wait in the lot for a long time before someone showed up, the return was the same way, my second card was damaged while they were bringing it to me and had to wait an extra long time to finally get a new car. not as good as I have had at other enterprise rental car places.

  Terrible, worst ever rental experience I’ve ever had. These guys called to let us know they had no vehicle for us the morning of our pickup. We made the reservation months ago and this tanked our plans. I would leave negative starts if possible. Horrible, Enterprise, I will never, ever rent from you again.

  I experienced an issue with my rental car, and the staff at Enterprise did what they could to make sure the rest of my rental experience was stellar. I really appreciated the commitment to service today. The staff have been very busy each time I've been there and they maintain nice, helpful attitudes. Thank you Enterprise on Mill.

  Fast check in. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Will be using enterprise on mill st next time I need to rent a car.

  From beginning to end we had an excellent experience. We were greeted by no less than three staff when we walked in to pick up our rental car. Ian showed us around our vehicle, answered all our questions, and helped us set up our iphone to the car. Upon return Josh checked us in and helped get our iphone removed and we were offered a complimentary ride to the airport. That was an added bonus. The driver was friendly (sorry, can't remember his name) and we were at the airport in minutes.
