  For sure would never go anywhere else I loved the customer service when I picked up the car and dropped it off and they even dropped me off at the collision center where my car was they were very nice the process was easy and painless

  I have had very good experiences with Enterprise before this one and i can say i pretty much disappointed. In the whole vehicle section they only had one available and no other option. And they said they have a full tank of gas but within a few miles it starts to drop

  Very busy an hour before close and all the employees were on top of it. I didn't expect service as quick as I got it and Kyle at the front was a rockstar helping everyone and answering phones.

  Worse place to be renting from. Yes worse ever experience from this location. So many young employees. One girl helped me at the counter. I did a reservation, but she decided to be rude and didn’t honor my reservation. For what, was it the way I was dressed. Well I came in that way because I woke up and rushed didn’t want to miss my pick up time for the rental. Never ever trying renting from here. I ended up going to the airport and got a rental. Better price and upgrade with no charge. Management at enterprise on Mills street needs to better their quality of service and lead your young employees to know how to treat and speak to people.
