  This place was crazy busy. I had a great car and fair prices. I would rent a car from them again in a heartbeat.

  Absolutely fantastic! They assisted us when our first rental from out of state had a electrical malfunction and exchanged us for a new ones asap to get us back on our trip! Jabari was the best. Thank you!

  The employees at the Reno Mill Street location are great to work with BUT there seems to be a systemic problem when it comes to availability of vehicles that will work for our needs. We have reserved vans far in advance because we need 7-8 passenger vans for a workshop. For the past two years, we have had lengthy waits while vans are located elsewhere and driven to Reno so that we could have what we need. I don't think it is the location's fault. I think it is a bigger issue with how Enterprise manages its fleet. But as I said, the branch employees are great people to work with.

  After you've experienced Enterprise, the other car rental places seem pretty lame. I'll always use Enterprise... never had a bad experience.

  I had an amazing experience renting a car from Enterprise. The car was very clean. Check in and out was a breeze. I also loved the option of a courtesy ride home. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!
