  Received vehicle with missing back up sensor and received replacement the next day because we went out of town the previous evening, and reimbursed for that day we were having problems for backing up. Will definitely rent from enterprise again

  I rented a car in Reno and drove to Lake Tahoe for the day. They treated me good with the price and size of car. We had a great day in the mountains and had lunch on the Lake. Thanks Enterprise for a great time and memory.

  Patrick was amazing! He provided what we would call old fashion customer service. Patrick offered services that I needed during this time of need without added on the pushy sales. 😂 If they were, whelp it wasn't presented that way 😁 Far better service then Mill Street where it use to be my pick up point! Great Job Patrick! 🌹
