    I was at this enterprise location on 5/26. Two of the employees — April at the counter and Jenna at the lot, were both so friendly and helpful. Jenna especially went above and beyond and got me the vehicle I wanted. Thank you both!

    I coordinated a personal and work trip. I rented a car from Enterprise for the first weekend for the personal event with a plan to return that vehicle to the airport and pick up the corporate rental. As I was preparing to unpack all of the luggage that is involved in a 10 day trip, Alfredo told me to just leave the luggage in the car, go get my second rental, drive it over to the previous rental and he’d help me load my new car. As I walked in to get the next rental, Lizbet at the counter looked and me and said ‘don’t you want to keep the vehicle you have?’ I said ‘I’d love to’ and she made it happen with absolutely zero hassle. 5 star experience. I work in a customer service industry. Most good customer service meets my expectations. This was outstanding customer service all the way around, I was delighted, and it exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the lovely experience.

    Jenna was the very best to work with came In late last night and had to come in this morning to change out the car she made it very simple and went out of her way to help me with what I needed thanks so much for having her there.
