  I don't expect much when returning a rented car at the airport. But Jenna was warm in her greeting, and extremely helpful when I made a couple of mistakes on check-in. She saw my problem, and just fixed it for me without making me feel self-conscious. Very professional in a way I really appreciate. Enterprise had a great truck for me, a great value, and really easy to do business with. That's how they earn my repeat business. Thanks Jenna!

  We truly had a great experience with this rental agency. Reese and Carlos were amazing! They made our pickup so easy. Thank you, both. Our drop off at 530am was so smooth as well. Thank you! Do not hesitate to use them!

  I booked a reservation here and got horrible customer service. I was offered a car in horrible condition and went to hertz instead. They tried to play nice to fix the situation but it was far too late. I genuinely felt discriminated against and it was my first experience in Reno. This town already has a bad reputation for being discriminative so it was a bad look. Didn’t let it ruin our trip though!

  Arrived at the airport to pick up my car, reserved through DTS. No cars available so I joined the 10 people waiting in front of me. They are short at least 11 cars on this Sunday night. They accepted the reservations but can’t meet the requirements of those reservations. After a long day of traveling, and a long drive ahead of me, this is very poor indeed.

  I really really feel Robb my stuff by enterprises . Car was tow and I was shifting from Baltimore to secramento my all cloths my all saving money was in my car enterprises release car from city tow company enterprises did not return my stuff my expensive watch my all cloths 8 pair of shoes my apple watch my rayban sun glasses my money in my suitcase and all home use stuff 10 jeans 50 t shirts even 20 underwear they rob my money don’t too they have not kindnesss I feel robbed my self by enterprise I go to the tow company the said they will all ur stuff to enterprise and enterprise did not return my all stuff they steal my all stuff Car was tow by tow company car was not on my name that was rent car they steel my all stuff
