  Was provided a car through insurance, when I picked the vehicle up the fuel was at half way. I was asked to return the vehicle at the same level which I did bit was still charged for fuel. When I contacted them about this I was told they would refund the fuel cost but never did. I contacted customer service and they said they would contact the business and have them contact me with regard to the refund, its been over a month and still no contact or refund provided.

  The corporate customer service department needs to improve communication regarding reservations. I was told that my pickup was scheduled and the local store said it was not and that is why there were late. They didn't even know they were supposed to be picking me up. Caused an hour delay.

  I initially dealt with Mill St Enterprise and they were great. I was directed to use Moana Enterprise due to a drop off at the car dealership. I advised when I arrived that I needed a drop off at the dealership, he says I don't know if we can do that but we'll ask after I check it in and he proceeds to go check the vehicle in. He comes back in and he asks and is told no they can't. I let them know I was at the other location and was specifically advised to come here due to the drop off, they said sorry our driver left already. So I asked for the vehicle back to drive to another location that could drop me off, they told me no the contract has already been closed out. I reached out to the original enterprise and they placed me on hold, the driver from this location was dropping off a customer at a different dealership and was heading back over. One of the guys ended up giving me a ride, speeding as fast as he could, dropped me off at the entrance of the driveway and then gunned it. Do not use the Moana location with Mason and Chris/Kyle. Not sure his name but he has a belly and a beard.

  The polite and professionalism of Mason!! And the girl that brought me to the car. Both were amazing!! The car I rented was beautiful with all the bells and whistles. I will always choose Enterprise!

  From the outstanding customer service provided by the team at the Moana location, as well as the drivers who picked me up and took me back to the repair shop, everything was about as good as a rental car experience can get. My rental car (a free upgrade!) was a lot of fun, too. Highly recommend this Enterprise location!
