  I had a great experience at this Enterprise location, thanks to Mason. When I arrived, the office was incredibly busy and there were a million things being thrown at him all at once. Despite the high-stress environment, Mason stayed unbelievably calm, professional, and relaxed. What impressed me the most was his ability to give every single person his undivided attention—he truly made each customer feel like they were the most important person in the room. Mason is genuinely personable and a complete professional. Employees like him make all the difference, and he deserves a huge shoutout for how flawlessly he handles a crowd.

  I had a reservation at this location and ended up waiting over an hour. What was frustrating was seeing several people who arrived after us get helped before we did. If my vehicle wasn’t available, I would have appreciated someone letting us know instead of having us sit there waiting without any updates. The whole process felt disorganized, and there didn’t seem to be any clear order to how customers were being helped. A little communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience.

  I had an amazing experience with the team at Enterprise on Moana! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond by picking me up directly from the body shop. They seamlessly guided me through the entire process and made absolutely sure I was set up with a great rental car while mine was undergoing repairs. From the day of pickup all the way until today's drop-off, the customer service was flawless. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. Highly recommend this location!

  Update: After two months of contacting both the local branch and corporate customer service, I was finally refunded the amount owed. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, the entire situation could have been avoided if the vehicle had simply been provided with a full tank at pickup. Instead, I was told the fuel level was “just over halfway,” which makes it difficult to accurately return the vehicle at the exact same level. Despite returning the vehicle as instructed, I was still charged for fuel. I contacted the rental location twice regarding the incorrect fuel charge, and both times I was told that a refund request had been submitted. After a month passed with no refund or communication, I contacted corporate customer service. Corporate advised me that they had reached out to the rental location and requested that the refund be processed and that I be provided a receipt confirming it. I received neither. Two weeks later, I contacted the rental location again to ask for an update and was once again told the refund had been submitted and that I should see it in my account within the week. Exactly two months after returning the vehicle, the refund finally appeared. Although the refund was eventually processed, the amount of time, follow-up, and inconsistent communication required to resolve such a straightforward issue was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Based on the overall experience and the hassle involved, I would rate this experience 2 stars.

  I initially dealt with Mill St Enterprise and they were great. I was directed to use Moana Enterprise due to a drop off at the car dealership. I advised when I arrived that I needed a drop off at the dealership, he says I don't know if we can do that but we'll ask after I check it in and he proceeds to go check the vehicle in. He comes back in and he asks and is told no they can't. I let them know I was at the other location and was specifically advised to come here due to the drop off, they said sorry our driver left already. So I asked for the vehicle back to drive to another location that could drop me off, they told me no the contract has already been closed out. I reached out to the original enterprise and they placed me on hold, the driver from this location was dropping off a customer at a different dealership and was heading back over. One of the guys ended up giving me a ride, speeding as fast as he could, dropped me off at the entrance of the driveway and then gunned it. Do not use the Moana location with Mason and Chris/Kyle. Not sure his name but he has a belly and a beard.
