Everyone on the Reno team, including my sales rep, Todd Schwarz, and assistant manager, Heleina Maunu, was professional, helpful, reassuring, and above reproach. My experience here was everything dreams are made of, especially after a horrible ordeal with a local dealership that actually resulted in a DMV investigation. Enterprise’s 7-day trade-in policy and their 12-month/12,000-mile limited powertrain warranty put me completely at ease. This is exactly how effortless buying a car should be! I will definitely return to the Reno team when it’s time to buy another vehicle for myself or my kids. Hands down, amaze-balls!!
