We purchased a 2025 Jaco 5th wheel in march of this year from camping world in Reno what they sold was their problem trailer. they didn’t detail it when we came to pick it up. the tv didn’t work the water heater was leaking some of the blinds were broken and the cap was filthy full of bug splatter. So when I got home and started washing the cap I found damage on top passenger side it looks like a buffing burn it and was covered up with something black which came off when I washed it. And to top it off they wanted 3500 hundred dollars to do a walk through to show us how everything Works.would not recommend buying there.poor customer service!

I live in Nevada County, CA. I made an appointment to see a Hymer Van. After a 2.5 hour drive I arrived at Camping World and was told my van had sold.
I think it’s great you made a sale.
What I am very annoyed at is nobody called, texted or emailed that the vehicle had been sold. In fact I believe I was lied too about anyone evening trying to contact me! I know you have my email because I was sent this after visit poll.

Had a horrible experience with camping world we bought a trailer through them and they never emptied out the gray or black water tanks and now they are just solid sludge. We had to have someone else come out and fix the problem and when calling the manager to express the problem and concern and asking for a refund for the money that we had to spend for their mistake gave us nothing but a runaround and excuses

The exsperiance was helpful ..
Exspecusly being new" to the camper traiker world" . My sales guy Luke went above and beyond...he found a 23 ft jaco that fitted my needs.
But im still looking for options.

What i didn't like .. i was told at first that they finance through Wels Fargo Bank
Via phone..
Only later while visiting... after i exsplained to a manager my wife and and i are going through wells fargo ourselves..because we are planning on getting a new vehicle and a camping trailer.. i was told as if i was lying " or something that wels fargo doesn't do financeing for camping trailers..
And then pulled his phone out to read on some sight that they dont..
That was a major slap in the face.
And now im taking my time finding a camping trailer at other dealers..
