Needed a new B & W hitch for a trip that I'm taking. Parking was good. They had several different options, which was great and the store was very clean. Only one employee at the front, but he was super helpful and let me size the rise/drop I needed. I already have another B & W that we bought about 10 years ago and honestly it wasn't much more expensive than what I paid then. Considering the way inflation has been, that was suprising. I wanted some locking accessories that they didn't have, so the employee recommended a place they had more selection, and I did find what I was looking for where he directed me. I would recommend Big Tex in Reno for your trailer and hauling needs.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Bryan and his technician were so helpful and patient. They stayed later than the normal business hours, which is very rare. I recommend for ALL your trailer needs to be the next happy customers. We will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you so much Bryan and everyone who helped us out.
