WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The management here no longer honors their lifetime warranty on Duralast tools. I had to take my 1/2 inch ratchet, a tool I've had for almost 20 years, to the hub store so they would honor the warranty. The store manager, Ryan, tried to tell me that because the part number didn't exist anymore, the warranty wasn't valid.... he even backed up his incompetent assistant manager on her ignorance, saying she was right to refuse the warranty... The gray shirts, managers, especially the dark haired female manager, have lost their desire to show respect and treat customers as though they have value. This whole management team needs customer service and policy retraining. After the horrible experiences ive had, both with Tool returns, part warranties, and new purchases, I am boycotting this store, and autozone as a whole. If they can employ such terrible employees, and I cannot trust them to honor their warranties anymore, I will not do business with them.

AutoZone is like the Starbucks of the auto world, very basic and overpriced. Oil funnels are $2.99 here, Walmart is $0.99. But the point is, the batteries. The Duralast Gold for motorcycles only has a warranty for 6 months. Compared to BatteriesPlus, the CYL10003 Duracell Ultra has a 2 year warranty. It's $114.99, a little more than AutoZone's $111.99. But if the battery is defective, would you rather have 2 years vs only 6 months to replace it free? During the colder months, I tested the Duralast at 11.9 V so it is pretty disappointing. And BatteriesPlus had Tool playing instead of the pop garbage that Autozone plays, but that's just me.

I would give zero starts if I could!!! The female assistant store manager sold me the wrong part. Then I came back a second time on the same day and got the correct part for my brakes and got the “upgraded package” which was supposed to include everything. I get back to my house and find out they did not include the clips. Went back for the third time in the same day only to be told I needed to got take the parts off my car so I could return them just to get the clips that were supposed to be included!!!!! The only fortunate thing that happened is the final guy that helped me at the front came around the counter and gave me the clip because he was the only one who understood the simple request I was making. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT PARTS OR ANY AMOUNT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Honestly, very disappointed as it’s my first experience going into the AutoZone on lemon Valley in Reno Nevada. The lady at the front didn’t make eye contact, was chewing on some type of plastic and had her back towards me barely tried to help and was very sassy in her tone and the way that she would talk to me as the customer. I then said I can’t hear you and she didn’t even bother to turn around. She rolled her eyes and tossed her head back towards me and tried to talk with the plastic piece in her mouth still and I still could not understand what she was saying. I’m sure this is OK with other people because it is AutoZone, but I was not satisfied to the point where I just turned around and walked out. I’d rather go somewhere that has better customer service than the AutoZone here at lemon Valley Drive. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had to work on my own vehicle since I have a newer vehicle, but all I wanted was a price on something as simple as antifreeze coolant. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
