  ⭐☆☆☆☆ One star because the manager was on his way out but still had time to do the right thing—he simply chose not to. I came in needing a battery installed. The employee in the red shirt who initially approached me admitted he didn’t know how to install batteries, which is completely understandable. He was new, and I don’t fault him at all for that. What I do fault is the manager. Instead of stepping in or ensuring someone else could help, he dismissively told the employee, “I’m literally leaving,” while pacing around waiting for Hunter to clock in, and he didn’t tell Hunter anything or leave any instructions for him to help me. As a Regional Manager for another company, I found this incredibly concerning. Leadership doesn’t end when your shift does. A real manager delegates, sets the next employee up for success, and makes sure the customer is taken care of before walking out the door. He spoke to his employee as if I wasn’t standing there. I could hear everything, and the message was clear: I wasn’t worth helping. I was left attempting to install the battery myself while my disabled vehicle sat in front of the store. Hunter arrived for his shift he was the managers relief. Unlike the manager, he immediately stepped up, came outside, and helped me without hesitation but only after I came in and asked for help. He had no clue what was going on because the manager didn’t have enough decency to even give him a hint. Back to Hunter, He treated me with professionalism, respect, and genuine customer care. He turned an experience that could have ended much worse into a positive one. And a $300+ sale goes to him because he felt like the only true educated and reliable worker at this facility at the time. The guy in the red needs some training. The disappointing part is that this entire situation was avoidable. Had the manager simply taken thirty seconds to brief Hunter or ask him to assist once he clocked in, I never would have been left stranded outside trying to install a battery on my own. Management sets the tone for an entire store. If this is the example being set, customer service will continue to suffer. Hunter deserves recognition for demonstrating the kind of leadership and professionalism that the actual manager failed to show.

  I ordered brakes in the morning told them I would be there after work at 5.they said it was ok.i show up after work my brakes and disc are nowhere to be found. They make frantic calls just to tell me hey drive down to oddie.i just went to O'Reilly they had them instead of taking the drive to sparks.
