  The most smooth rental car experience I’ve ever had. My flight into Reno arrived late, after the normal operating hours of the rental desk. Because I added my flight number, they knew and were waiting with the car I reserved. - The checkin agent was super friendly and fast with getting me my car. The first car I was given had a smoke smell and he was quick and apologetic about changing it out for me. - returning was a breeze. Not long after I pulled up to the line and grabbed my bags, was the agent checking me out and sending me a receipt. They were a pleasure to interact with too. Great customer service. Thanks, Alamo!

  We booked through Costco 2 cars. It was supposed to be around $500 each. The first car was correct. They charged us $900 for the second car. Such a rip off

  Rented us a car that smells like could, told us that customer service lies and they can't help us at all, 3 different locations and all of them said that we are on our own.

  Extremely friendly I’ve rented from Sacramento to Reno and always the same friendly helpful service. Cars have always been clean and reliable.
