  I booked an Alamo car through Expedia and got a couple of nice discounts. At the counter in the airport the attendant upgraded me at no extra charge to a Jeep Wrangler from the lesser car that I originally booked.

  I rented a vehicle from Alamo at Reno Airport on Aug 15, 2026. The pick up and drop off process was very smooth and quick. Customer service was excellent! I will definitely use Alamo, the next time I rent a vehicle at Reno.

  Great experience with Alamo at Reno/Tahoe airport! Little nervous upon arrival at pick up, the agent was friendly, competent. Got a nice mid-size SUV from the booked class at a fair rate. Car was clean and running flawlessly. Thank you!

  Will chose again! Picking up this care might have been the fastest and easiest experience renting a car that we have ever had. We literally walked to the counter (no line!), had a quick check in, and then were driving away within minutes. The car was clean and in good condition. There were no hidden fees.
