I Reserved a rental under the Luxury Class of Vehicles (Range Rover, BMW X7 or similar) a month before arriving. I always attempt to call ahead numerous times to make sure my car is available, because ive had this happen before. I called and they said yes you will receive a vehicle of that class as that is what I paid for. When I arrive, they had guven it to someone else "as an upgrade" for that customer. I proceeded to ask her why she did not have that class vehicle when I reserved it for that. The employee proceeded to tell me "we just dont have it anymore, we rented it out", so I ask for something comparable, which she then said she could give me a Mercedes GLE from PREMIUM class (two classes down), I willingly agreed with no problems, then I saw the bill and she told me it would be the SAME PRICE as the Luxury class, thats when I was frustrated, I told her why would you charge me Luxury prices for a vehicle two classes lower. I wouldve accepted everything for a decent review up until that point. Pleas be careful from renting here or anywhere, always call ahead of time if you can or go in person to confirm your vehicle is here. It was my wedding weekend so I had no choice but to accept.

Renting the car was easy, the pick up and return process was pretty fast, and the car was in good conditions
Great experience, no hassles, great driving experience with Chevy Blazer on mountainous roads. Will do it again.
Great staff at Reno Airport. Competitive rates, and clean, maintained vehicles.
