  Thank you Matthew Nicole and Natasha for providing a great car to drive myself to Yosemite. The car was good on gas and comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. I will always use Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I highly recommend them.

  I would not advise using this facility. I have used enterprise about a dozen times booking online with no problem using my Wells Fargo Visa bank card. I'm a union local 12 operating engineer and needed to get my work truck in the shop and booked a car rental for 2 days. Not one notification saying that I couldn't use my visa Bank card. I get to this place and the tweeker looking lady said I can't rent with my bank card. Completely left me and the repair shop hanging. I will never rent from this place ever!.

  On Saturday, June 6, 2026, my husband rented a Honda Accord from the Enterprise location in Pahrump, NV. Approximately 25 minutes into our trip on Highway 372 heading toward the desert, we suddenly heard a loud scraping sound. We immediately pulled over and discovered that a part of the vehicle was hanging from underneath the car. At this point it was 11:53 a.m., and the Enterprise office was scheduled to close at 12:00 p.m. We called the office twice with no answer. On our third attempt, Natasha finally answered. We explained that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and clearly in need of maintenance because something was dragging on the ground. Natasha asked how far away we were. When we told her we were about 25 minutes out, she stated flatly that she would not be there by the time we returned. She then gave us only two options: Drop the car off, or Take it to Tire Works for repairs ourselves. This response was unacceptable. We rented a vehicle specifically for transportation for a planned trip. At no point did Natasha make any effort to ensure we had a safe, functioning replacement vehicle or any transportation at all. Expecting customers to personally arrange repairs on a rental car—especially one that was clearly not properly maintained before being rented out—is unreasonable and contrary to what any customer should experience. A basic standard of service would have been to ensure we had a replacement vehicle or immediate assistance, not to leave us stranded with a damaged car and no support.
