  Pulled into Valvoline for a tire check and oil change. Manager Paul was fantastic! He was pleasant, informed and professional. There were no price surprises, everything was shown to me and agreed upon. They made sure my car was safe and everything was working great! Thank you!!

  Line was a bit long. That says there busy & that’s a good thing. Services was great & in a timely fashion . Customer service was kind, detailed & over all all smiles. This is the only place I go for the service that i received.

  I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change⁠ thanks to Samuel. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received during an oil change. Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T. What really stood out was that he didn’t just perform the service—he gave me honest and helpful recommendations on maintenance items to keep my car running at its best. He answered all of my questions, never pressured me into unnecessary services, and made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and their vehicle, but Samuel exceeded my expectations. If you’re visiting Valvoline for an oil change or maintenance service, I highly recommend asking for Samuel.   I WOULDNT GIVE ANY STARS IF THAT WAS A OPTION! Very secretive on pricing I supplied my own oil and filter and normally get just a disposable fee of 30-40 dollars I got charged the full amount of an oil change as if they supplied the oil and filter for me I am so extremely disappointed and feel so disgusted with the service and before the oil change was started and they had just done the visual I asked if they started the oil change which they clearly had not since information was still being taken and was told sorry we already started doing the inspection cash or card then talked to the manager and he’s like yeah sorry that’s the new policy we have to follow I was like yeah don’t you think you should inform your customers first beforehand I am 8 1/2 month pregnant and I should have risked doing my own oil change rather than being taken advantage of and lied to just for a piece of business I am very disgusted and extremely upset with the way all of this was handled I will NEVER return or have anything nice to say about this company I used to refer and only come to this establishment but never ever again

  I got to the store at 7:30 PM. The website says they close at eight. I called corporate to see what time they closed or if there was short staffed or anything going on this is not the first time that they have closed early for somebody like me who works 6 AM to 7 PM five days a week. It is quite disappointing that the hours of operation is incorrect as I have been a customer with all four of my vehicles. It is very disappointing. The gentleman at the corporate office said there’s nothing he can do and maybe come when there’s somebody at the building. This is just very disappointing.
