- TDTerri DuncanOct 7, 20265.0I have gone to Jiffy Lube for years and this is the first time at valvoline. The difference in knowledge and experience was night and day. The assistant manager, Blake was extremely helpful. They showed me that my air filter and cabin filter needed to be replaced but I had already purchased those to install myself. Blake offered to do it for me, which I was not expecting. Great experience! I will be back again and again.
- CCCJOct 7, 20261.0Person who handled my car was disrespectful and messed up completely on my car. She DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND RUDE !!!
- WSWynn SlothowerOct 6, 20265.0Blake and the team were awesome and did a great job. Thank you guys!!
- DFDiora FarrarOct 3, 20265.0I love going here. They are great! And you get 50% off your next car wash at terribles! Can’t beat that!
- MCMichelle CarySep 17, 20262.0There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited an hour before it was even my turn. I was there for a total of 1 hour 40 minutes. Which is absolutely ridiculous. On the website it even advertises “oil change in about 15 minutes” I’m giving 2 stars because the employee was kind, KJ. And I had no other problems.
