- JMjavier medina3 days ago1.0Horrible service nobody came by for over 30 minutes or more.. while employees walking around talking to each orther acting like they don't see you.. I was there for a smog check nobody in line i was the only one there for smog!

- DSDawnae StewartAug 20, 20265.0Good evening I thank JT and Vanessa for being very professional with the care of my car they checked my tires they did a great service on the oil filter change they also cleaned down the oil marks from the change I also asked JT have he ever seen what CVT meant I had on my dashboard but it had went away I went to auto zone the reader said it’s my Sensor / power train so when I came to get my oil change JT had Vanessa check under as they were doing the oil change and they didn’t have to check they gave me a better feeling on my safety of my car because of never seen CVT before but they said my car had no leaks or damaged so I could possibly be a bad sensor thank you JT and Vanessa great services .

The experience was as follows, oil cap was removed and missing spring for oil filter. The establishment knows I’ve come here and knows the last time I was. They tell me I need to get one… but where did it go from the last oil change???? They don’t just disappear right? Nothing documented it was missing then? So it’s now gone and this would be twice now that my vehicle was put back together without the proper part recommend for the vehicle. I could will not use a service that can’t do honest work. Even on something so small, how do you know they are honest on the big ticket items. That’s the reason for the one star and lost of business.
