When service is elected, I know I'm right there in the car and it will be done as son as possible, and I'm not forgotten for hours in grimy waiting room like so many other oil change places.

I waited there for 5 minutes four people in The bays saw me made eye contact with me and no one came two people were under a tree smoking a cigarette obviously on break did nothing again I waited there for a solid 5 minutes 6 people made eye contact with me and no one came to the smog check so I drove away. I will no longer be getting oil changes with Valvoline I went up the street less than a quarter mile and went to meineke they have my business now
