  I like Tommy's Express. The staff is always friendly and I like the convience of driving through and having a clean car in less than five minutes. The vacuums work great too, which is a huge plus. Having the courtesy towels is another plus. Great place to have a monthly membership for getting you car cleaned. Keep up the good work. By the way, another plus is that when you have a monthly membership you can use any Tommy's!

  Spoke to the owner Tina today about her employees Ashley and Jase. I went yesterday to wash my truck and Jase did not clean the back of my truck like this business has in the past. I went home and noticed my truck was still dirty, like I never washed it. Went back today and met Ashley she ran me through the wash again and my truck was still dirty because the dirt in the bed. I asked her if she could sweep or wash the bed and she denied. In the past five years they have always done this for customers. I was a express pass holder for washes that I have now canceled. There lack of compassion and customer service has done this. Ashley was firm with calling Tina and Mike to find a resolution. I will say Tina did try to find a solution when the manager was present. Time to retrain your staff with customer service. Shame on you kids. Get off your phones and try to keep loyal customers. WoW car was here I come.

  Brandon, the general manager, and Sophia, the cashier/customer service person, were very friendly and helpful. And I was impressed by how quick and thorough the car wash was! They are also running great promos and discounts.

  My go to carwash. I have noticed though the tire shine at henseraon location is weak or non existant qnd the dryer slapper thinga at the end need to tighten to car sooner than they do

  There are a ton of car washes in Vegas- out of them all, Tommy's is the simplest for customers. There's a conveyor belt, like the Jetsons, that you can easily align your vehicle on. No weird rails... The way experience is great, and upon exiting, they have a slow speed ramp that rolls you out of the wash easily and you can shift to neutral without the normal stress. It's a cool innovation.... Simple yet super effective! Plus they have the free vacuums and rags... Easy monthly, recurring wash plans- you can go as many times you want- Thank you Tommy's Car Wash!
