  Upon arrival I was greeted by Ayiesha. She was so pleasent to speak with. When I paid for my wash she told me about all the deals/promotions and amenities available! While using the free vacuums out side Ayiesha approached me to let me know there was a free mat wash as well. She took her time to show me how to operate the machine. I recommend this car wash over all the others. Wonderful amenities and exceptional service 💯

  1st time here, daughter recommended it. Glad they had a promo when I joined; customer service was great and very nice. I like it!

  Ayiesha is amazing she made the process easy and enticing she offered upgrades based on our needs and walked us through the whole first wash process also my car is clean and sparkling so a win win win!

  Their wash is very quick and high quality. I loved the free vacuums they offer too. It's a nice quick stop to get your car clean

  Since switching over, the customer service Tommy’s Express provides compared to WOW is phenomenal, and the staff are always very polite and professional. As for a more personal thing for me, there hasn’t been one time where I wasn’t acknowledged during a visit to the facility, whether going through for a wash or just simply emptying trash. I can see that the staff enjoy their jobs and that tells me they are treated fairly and get along well. During my visits with the staff I most commonly see for the times of day I wash (Ashley, Ayiesha, or Brandon) I see the rushes that often come through (I work in a similarly paced environment and understand), and despite how stressful can they be, they handle them smoothly. Truthfully speaking, it’s an overall 11/10 experience. I love the wash and would recommend any friend with a license to wash here any day.
