  I will start from the beginning with this place. I owned a mechanical company and had a fleet of service vans. I had great service from this store in the beginning and they seemed to bend over backwards to assist and accommodate our needs. Several vans needed sets of tires and they sold and installed the needed tires for us. Shortly afterwards the newly installed tires started to blow out randomly on the freeway leaving our mechanics and equipment in very serious distress and dangerous situations. Come to find out the manager sold and installed a 6 ply tire when a E load tire was called for on the commercial vehicles. I caught it after the second incident and made them correct the problem by installing new E load tires. I moved my business to another company at that point. Thought why not give them a chance again (Amazon had them listed on the site as a dealership they recommended) I purchased tires and rims from Amazon and had the tires and rims sent to this location and paid for installation through Amazon for the tires and rims (mount and balance) the tires arrived and the rims arrived at the store. I personally had to reach out and ask if they were available and had arrived. I was told to bring my jeep up and they would take care of it. When I arrived they did not have the personnel on site to install tires. I literally had to pick my tires and rims up and pay another tire shop to do the work. I’ve asked for refunds from Amazon and tire choice but to no avail. At this point it’s my own fault. I decided to purchase a set of trailer tires from these guys. I went and spoke with the assistant manager and he “ordered” me a set of ST205 E load tires. I arrived and they started installing the tires. I checked to find a C load tire was being installed. After speaking with the associate he used a set of tires that were in stock ST225 E load. We had the discussion of tire pressure. 65 psig should had been put in the tire. It wasn’t. After checking to make sure the pressure was correct I found that the tires had only 40psig. I’ve learned my lesson! I will never return here again.

  was in las Vegas Nevada on vacation and our tire got a nile in it. found them on Google and they are open 7days a week so we could continue on our vacation. we are from California so really don't know they area so it helped 👍 so much. thank you so much for the great 👍 service

  Service was good. Marvin is a good team leader. When the service was complete he explained all that was done. And I was out of there in a timely manner.
