  I went in last week to get my rear brakes and tires replaced then noticed my car was shaking when I drove which it didnt do before i brought it in. So I took it back today and they confirmed it was shaking then gave me an estimate of over 3k to fix what they messed up. Meanwhile none of these new issues were mentioned last week when they did a full inspection. Now driving home my dashboard looks like this and I cant drive my car. I already paid over $900 for the tires and brakes now my car is even worse condition. Photos of original inspection and new quote plus what my dash is saying currently. Beyond pissed

  i will sue them they tried to replace gaskets on valve covers,oil pan, and rear end. took 7 weeks to fix .they leaked worse. charged me $4,300. would not give me any of my money back.

  Steve and the team at Tire Choice were exceptional! I brought my car in because the A/C wasn't blowing cold. They quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a few additional services that genuinely needed attention—without any pressure. The pricing was fair, the work was done well, and Steve focused on fixing the immediate issue while simply providing options for the rest. There was a minor issue afterward, but Steve took full accountability and went above and beyond to make it right. It's hard to find a shop that's both trustworthy and dependable, but Tire Choice and Steve definitely are. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend them!
