  I had an accident in my vehicle, came here since it had somewhat good reviews and decided to get my tires fixed here as my driver side tires (front and back) were both popped. The customer service was awful, first I had to make an appointment for the vehicle to be viewed I got there around 1pm, then had an appointment paid for 3pm to get my tires changed. They stated they don’t sell used tires and it all had to be new. From there I was asked to give them my keys at 3, kind you it’s 111 degrees outside I had 3 of my dogs with me. I gave the worker the keys and they got into my vehicle checking the tire pressure and what not. I was standing outside for over an house and a half and my vehicle was still parked in the same spot after giving the my keys. The car was left on with the ac running and during the whole 2 hours of me standing there waiting the car was left on still. No one was working on it, I was outside with my dogs trying to be in the shade and it was extremely hot. When the lady finally came give me the quote for the repair it was 2 hours later. My vehicle was still on all my gas was gone and my dogs nearly passed out from the heat. The whole time the car was just sitting there and no one gave me back my keys. It’s a waste of time, gas and money and I didn’t even get my tires replaced. I decided to go within another mobile service and took my car keys back as when I walked into the office they were just playing with the keys holding them in there hands looking out the window. I don’t normally write reviews but seeing as this shop was utterly irritating for wasting my gas and not working on my car after following procedures with booking appointments and instructions. I would definitely not recommend. A services that should take no more than 30 min to 1 hr took from the time I got there at 1 to the time I left at 4 it was hot, exhausting and timing to try and get any type of service with them just for them to give me fees two hours later and no change but leaving my car on the whole time.

  I took a pre-purchased tire for my RV along with the RV to have them( as part of a prepaid service) remove the front right tire and replace it with the new one. When I got there, for the appointment I had made about 10 days earlier) they refused to do the work because the mechanic said his jack would collapse trying to hold the RV. This is baloney, because I have a 2.5 ton jack for my truck that I used to raise the rv and it held fine. The only reason I drove the RV there was I couldn't get the lug nuts loose.I later,after driving the rv home with a section missing around the whole tire, got them off using my floor jack and took it to a real tire shop who did the job in about 10 minutes. Think twice before going here. Their mechanic basically admitted to using faulty equipment.

  Called in to make an appointment and specified what I needed and was told yes bring it in at 10am I was in Henderson when I was told yes I figured it was closer to home so why not just get it done close and when I got to the place at 9:58 I was informed to come back Tuesday for alignment..... really? Made me waste my time and you guys are not on the same page as who ever is taking your appointments

  Very disappointing service. I arrived at 1:00 PM to replace just two tires and didn’t leave until 4:15 PM. Over 3 hours for such a simple job is unacceptable. The service was extremely slow, the staff showed little concern for customers’ time, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this place. If you want to have a bad day, come here—but don’t forget to bring a movie (or two) and a large popcorn while you wait.
