  Very disappointing service. I arrived at 1:00 PM to replace just two tires and didn’t leave until 4:15 PM. Over 3 hours for such a simple job is unacceptable. The service was extremely slow, the staff showed little concern for customers’ time, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this place. If you want to have a bad day, come here—but don’t forget to bring a movie (or two) and a large popcorn while you wait.

  Tire Choice was able to diagnose an issue my dealer could not. Tire Choice is usually my first choice for service.

  My older aunt and uncle came here to service their vehicle. They were treated so unfairly and THEIR ASSISTANT MANAGER resorted to vulgar language. Don’t come here unless you want to be up-charged and treated like garbage

  Don’t take your car here!!! Bad customer service the girl in front (Ariana Romero) is rude and does not know how to answer questions properly, the mechanic that worked on my car looks like he didn’t want to be there. I had an appointment at 11 and the car was not ready till 2:45ish when I went there to see what was going on. Arian said she called but I had no missed calls or even a voicemail saying the car was ready. When I got there the mechanic was just draining the oil, he didn’t even change the filter and when I asked where’s my old filter he looked lost and walked around trying to find it. Then pulled one out of a trash which was not my old one. Beware when you take your car there
