3 weeks ago i went to get brakes and rotors fixed. i paid $1000 which was ridiculous but I needed them desperately since it was grinding badly with the metal. the brakes were fixed but they left them with a squealing noise that will not go away. I took it to the Nissan dealer for a 2nd opinion and they said that tire choice used cheap after market pads and that noise will not go away but the brakes were good. today i took it to see if they would fix or change those faulty pads and they didn't do it. this will be the last time I go with tire choice. i like them because they're 4mins from my house, but they did a horrible job. I will have to drive 5 more months with those noise brake pads. I will only go to the Nissan dealer from now on even if it cost a little more. you will get quality work.

Thank you for your patience and for helping me with everything—especially with a cold drink while I waited. Your team was very knowledgeable, and even though I was feeling impatient, you stayed on it. It’s a contract car, and other places only test-drove it and said nothing was wrong, but you actually found the real issue and fixed it. I really appreciate the care and quick problem-solving! 😊🧊
