The tint looks amazing, but this is the 3rd time that it has been put on (all in different states and different companies) so I knew that it would look good. What really sets Tint World apart is their unyielding commitment to customer service and their dedication to doing the right thing, even when no one is looking (I could have just said their integrity). Unfortunately, our tint job on the front windshield did not go perfect this time. There were some complications. Tint World did not shy away or make me fight for any part of it. They stepped up immediately and did the right thing all the way through. I never felt like I was being deceived or taken advantage of. I can honestly say that a company had my best interests at heart even though it did not help their bottom line at all. That is what running a good business is all about. Let's face it, accidents happen. I am not perfect and refuse to hold a company to those impossible standards. BUT, when there was a mistake, Tint World handled it better than any company I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. So really, if you want peace of mind while having an amazing tint (Xpel XR Plus just might be the best on the market as of this writing) put on your ride, then Tint World is where you need to go. Because it will probably go on perfectly, but if there is an issue, you can trust that they will step up and have your back all the way through. In a world of 5 stars they earned a perfect 10.
