- JBJim B2 days ago1.0This car wash is committing fraud! My senior citizen mother is being charged for a membership that she does not have. She went to the facility to ask why and they could not help her because they claimed they could not see she even had a membership. They referred her to corporate customer service who was not helpful either. She called back again and this person was able to find her account which was purchased from a company that they bought out. She had closed her account 2 months before they sold out and has never even been to Quick Quack Car Wash. This “customer service representative “ told her straight out that they would not refund her money because it was a late payment. She asked how can she have a late payment on an account she did not sign up for. This forced payment caused her account to be overdrawn which is causing her even more problems. I would not have made this review if the company had done the right thing and refund the money that they were not owed. They can see she has never used their service.

Per the attached email inbox, today you charged me for another month's service at 11:08 AM, and cancelled my membership at 3:18 PM. That $39.99 is yours to keep. Your employee who recognized my manual transmission Cadillac is awesome, but I won't be back. Ever.

More expensive than all the other carwashes I've been to. The carwash itself got my car clean and really liked the multiple blow dryers at the end of the wash. Most likely will not go back unless they're the only ones open!

Seth restored my faith in good customer service with a drive through car wash. My last experience at Super Star in Phoenix was horrible. Danny came and asked what, if anything, they could do better. I'm very impressed.

How does the Quick Quack Car Wash process work?
Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.
Will the car wash damage my vehicle?
No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
