- JTJoe ThomasSep 24, 20265.0Staff is great, hard working, clean bathrooms and showers. Foods always hot and ready, with a good selection of cold items offered for a fair price. Not the biggest selection of casino games available, but a seperate privacy area is provided. Charging stations available all day long for the drivers, as well as a decent selection of retail, and trucking needs or quick souvenirs for the travelers. Some of the best gas station coffee, has to offer with its Dunkin Donut station, but be prepared to customize your own selection as this location doesn't actually have the staff available, but all the products they offer, plus some. Worth the stop if coffee is what your after, after a long drive, or just needing some to get started. My personal favorite.
- SKShaun KellySep 13, 20261.0ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that ALL parking spots are paid parking including bobtail spots.... The app says there are 55 regular spots but THERE ARE NONE...... When I called to clarify the woman I spoke with was very rude.... "We are busy we don't have time to answer stupid questions like this USE THE APP and pay for parking or don't, I don't care" I drove up to the Loves to park!!!!
- KMKeiffer MillerSep 12, 20264.0The morning shift at this pilot if very friendly and polite. I came in with just my safety vet open and no shirt. The store manager jessica was very nice and polite about telling me to cover up. I respect that cuz I done came in over pilots and their attitude was nasty. The store was fully stocked clean. The showers were clean and the water was HOT!!!!. We came in the morning i believe all the parking spots for truckers are reserved only, take that how you want it. But other than the lack of parking i like this place Big shout out to Jessica she told me she been there for 12yrs and she loves her job and you can tell by her smile, attitude, and professionalism
