What a dirty place. The parking lot smells like pee. The bathrooms are filthy. The place looks trashed. The staff is rude and they expect people to pay to park in a dump like this. You have to have the pilot app to pay for parking. You would have to pay need to park at this dump

Very bad experience in this place the time after paying to make a bath was very long of more than 2 hours and the parking is at the convenience of the security they take you out and put another truck that one does not know how they enter into business with them

Charging tired drivers $20 to park for 10 hours to sleep is discriminatory against smaller companies and independents. Extortion on the backs of tired drivers is disgusting Pilot/Flying J. You should be ashamed of your greed. Go to LOVES, TA or PETRO instead. They dont charge or at least count purchases towards parking. BOYCOTT pilot and flying j now. Also One 9, they own those too.

It is a very busy stop. It is small but considering the land prices in the middle of Las Vegas it is a good size. Because it is small with limited parking it is almost full all the time so make a plan before getting here. Even though it is small and busy the good thing is that they are still charging for parking like everyone else. Which is very good . I paid up to 19 dollars for a bobtail parking in fontana. There are only three bathrooms for all this traffic it is usually clean but due to high traffic it can be a little dirty sometimes. The shower wait is very long because of high demand so the best way would be to use the app and get in line before going to the store. The water pressure varies I hadvit good and bad. All I am saying is that because it is very busy with high traffic most of the problems are understandable. The employees could be a little more friendly. I don't want to point a finger but some of them are not very friendly they could be considered rude. But as I said they are very busy and get have to deal with a lot of different people during a shift. So it is understandable but we did not force them to work here, so I guess they could try to be friendly even though they are tired.
