- MAme AyouAug 25, 20261.0Very disgusting behavior that is allowed by the managers. The parking lot for the other business are constantly filled by cars from this "business" to the point that you need to park excessively far away. They even fill the EOS gym members exclusive parking!

When she showed me my options, I decided to choose a different car that was better suited for my long trip, as I needed something more economical and durable. She was completely accommodating and let me switch to that vehicle. Although the car was a bit dirty, she didn't charge me for the extra adjustments. I had it set for Saturday at 12 pm, she calls me today and says it was due Wednesday. However when I called corporate they said somebody at the location changed the original date. We will see who gets the last laugh because I don’t do unprofessionalism and I’ve been renting from Enterprise for way too long. I paid for up until Saturday and I won’t deal with her unprofessionalism this go around.
