I rarely use any other rental car outfit. and the young lady who helped me at this location in Las Vegas near the Aliante Casino wasn’t incredible! Absolutely incredible employee! I believe she’s the manager.!!

They found a reason to charge me an astronomical amount of money and take my deposit. It was wrong and I was treated unfairly. I didn’t even check my Card or my billing from enterprise because I expected it to be fine. Just to find out that they overcharged me and took my deposit! I am so disgusted and appalled on how I was treated. I have the photo amount Of gas I left the car which is a full tank..

It’s small, but this location is clean, all the employees including the manager are extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. And their customer service is a 12 out of 10. Which I truly appreciate! I have been to other locations and the employees are either rude and unprofessional in the 10th degree. And or the location were not well kept. It’s ONLY the Centennial location for meee! Thanks enterprise and everyone!
