Leaving a 5 star review mainly for Carey! The entire staff is super nice and friendly but Carey will always receive 10/10 from me. He’s fast, attentive and will answer all of your questions directly! Very smooth, cares about his customers and for that reason alone I will always come back to the location! Thank you Carey :)

Staff at this location were very friendly. We received our car pretty quick when we went to pick it up. We had four options to choose from. I thought that was pretty good considering it is a smaller location. We were renting due to an accident and our car was being repaired. When we returned the vehicle, it was just as easy. We were in and out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this location.

The whole experience at this location is always super smooth. Pickup and drop-off are both quick, easy, and stress-free — I’m usually in and out with no unnecessary waiting around. The employees are consistently solid, helpful, professional, and thorough. Every car I’ve gotten has been freshly cleaned, spotless, and ready to go with a full tank, looking like it just came off the lot. Shout out to the team here for always holding it down and making the process easy.

Enterprise has been my go to for over 20years and this is the first time I’ve had a not very good experience. The one vehicle available in the lot for my reservation (mid size suv) smelled so bad of cigarette/weed smoke and I was told it would cost more to get into another vehicle. Unacceptable! I requested manager and was told only other option was a F150 4x4 truck. Gas guzzler smh so upsetting as much as I dreaded taking that gas guzzler I did anyway cause I was not going to smell like smoke and breathe in that horrible smell whole time I had the rental. I’m just so disappointed. After over 2 decades of loyalty this experience really lost my business.

My recent rental experience with Craig road location was five star... Jaylyn made sure my needs were satisfactory and the crew is always so welcoming...they let you know they see you and that's very important to be seen. Also the courtesy rides are a big plus thank you to Brandon for driving safely. I want to take a moment to once again regonize Jaylyn....I recommended my family members to rent from this location....there was a little hiccup the day of pickup but Jaylyn stepped in and took care of them....thank you Jaylyn for going that extra mile....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
