The entire team is incredibly helpful. Kaela has been working with me since day 1 her vibe is great she has amazing customer service and I can tell she always does the best she can to make sure customers leave happy. Ashley is also a fantastic leader and very helpful. I don’t know everyone names but the whole staff is 10/10 from the ones answering the phone to the ones helping at the front. 👍🏾

Yet they have no signage up stating that. Meanwhile the lot is full of vehicles. They normally do this to black males. I have literally sent in others to test this. Now they'll reply to this saying it isn't truthful but yet when I sent in 3 non black males they were able to accommodate them. Same day all different times. I'll be calling corporate.

- SWSteven WilsonJun 12, 20261.0John the “manager” is so UNPROFESSIONAL! Laughing at my wife when we are trying to get more information from him in regards to there policy. They’re refusing my payment for my reservation and trying to do different per the rental requirements listed. Very, very unprofessional and would not recommend this location at all. This has cost me and my family a tremendous amount of inconvenience as I’m stuck in their parking lot with no rental vehicle for my scheduled vacation.
