  Ty is a great GES. He was very helpful when I came in. The entire place looks better than ever and the actual car wash has been updated! Cheers to the DASH location on Craig road!

  Edson is the reason I signed up for a membership at Dash Car Wash. From the very first visit, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely personable in a way that makes you feel like a regular even on day one. He’s the kind of first face you actually want to see when you pull in, upbeat, helpful, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience smooth and set the tone for great service overall. Honestly, that kind of customer care is what keeps people coming back.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Dash Car Wash and feel it’s important to share for others considering going there. During my visit, several of the hoses were not working properly, which made it difficult to even complete a basic wash. The towels that were available appeared dirty and reused, and on top of that, there were very few—if any—clean ones accessible. When I brought these concerns to management and requested a refund, the response was unprofessional and frustrating. The manager was dismissive, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful. Instead of addressing the issue, he became argumentative and stated that they are not required to provide towels or vacuums. Overall, this was a very poor customer service experience. I will not be returning, and I would encourage others to be cautious when choosing this location.
