  Great experience with the staff and the diagnosing of my problem. I was so grateful it was a just a gas cap replacement. I recommend Auto Zone for diagnosing your vehicle before going to the dealership. My location was Azure and Lamb. I would give 10 stars 🌟 x 10

  Staff was incompetent. Clicked I was paying with cash after I said card then no one in the store knew what to do. Took about ten minutes for staff to call someone and get it sorted out. Not to mention the smell of the staff was really off putting.

  I would like to give a special shout-out to Brian at AutoZone Store #5779 for his exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional. Not only did he thoroughly test my battery and alternator, but he also patiently took the time to clearly explain all the details to me. What impressed me most was his honesty—he didn't try to upsell me on products, but instead provided an accurate diagnosis that saved me from incurring unnecessary expenses.
