In my opinion, this is one of the best truck stops I’ve ever visited. Everything is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are spacious and comfortable. The shower is absolutely fantastic—huge, clean, and very well kept.
It’s clear that a lot of attention is paid to the comfort of truck drivers here. Definitely a place I would be happy to stop at again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointing Service
Stopped at this truck stop because I wanted some popcorn. When I asked the front staff, I was told she was the only person working and couldn’t make it. I understand being short-staffed, but putting popcorn in the machine takes literally a minute.
If a simple request like that can’t be handled, it’s pretty disappointing customer service. I hope management can improve the staffing and service experience. If you can’t fulfill the service then just don’t offer it

This was a small dirty Flying J station. So get gas if needed and eat somewhere else. They had some overpriced pizza by the slice sitting under a warming light. Some microwave food and drinks rounds it out.

There is absolutely NO privacy at this location!
I had just finished my shower and was getting ready to blow-dry my hair when someone knocked on the door. They didn’t say anything, and I clearly responded, “Occupied!” A moment later, the door suddenly opened anyway.
Thankfully, the security latch prevented the door from opening all the way, but it still opened several inches—more than enough for the female employee standing on the other side to see me. I was wearing nothing but my boxers, so she saw me almost completely undressed. I immediately pushed the door shut in her face.
What made the situation even worse was that she simply walked away without even apologizing.
This is completely unacceptable. The level of professionalism here is honestly zero. The door was closed and locked, yet an employee knocked only once and then attempted to open it without even making sure whether someone was inside. I even clearly said “Occupied!” before she opened the door.
What is the point of having a private shower if employees can open the door while customers are changing or getting dressed?
This was by far the worst shower experience I’ve ever had at a truck stop. I will never stop at this location again. I seriously hope management trains their employees on what “privacy” means and makes sure something like this never happens to another customer.
