  This eagles landing/ flying J is not very curb appealing. The parking lot and sidewalk into the store is gross. The inside of the store smells like sewage. And this isn’t my first time in here smelling the terrible smell. Made me not want any food from here for sure. Watched the guys at the shop leave for the day doing donuts in the parking lot. Very not professional. The 2 guys on the golf cart were just as idiotic. This place clearly needs better management.

  So I remember when this place opened and the first year or so was good. Now in 2026 the place has the worst smell of sewage when you walk in the door, the parking lot and curb n gutters are trashy. I definitely wouldn’t eat anything that comes out of this place, would not shower at this location because I assume it’s not being cleaned as it should be. Will definitely bypass this location in the future. Bad job flying j.

  Really nice, clean and well managed. Friendly staff. They probably burn some incenses in the bathroom area, and that makes the bathroom experience better than other places.

  This place and the Wendy's attached are awesome. The lady at the gas station was super friendly and the options availabe were awesome. The wendys had amazing customer service and the order was out instantly. The food was way better than our wendys at home (not that hard but still very welcome surprise). The gas prices werent great but what can ya do about that

  September 13, 1:10 pm. When I was paying for an item, I asked to use my points. The tall, thin, bearded cashier tried for a long time to scan the barcode from my card, but it didn't work. He told me he couldn't use my points because my barcode wasn't working. I asked to use a different register and scanner. He did so and was very angry! Everything worked! Of course, he couldn't bring himself to thank me and wish me a good day. I travel all over the United States, and Pilot has generally provided excellent customer service! Please teach this guy how to do his job properly!
