The oil change was fine, but during the coolant service, three technicians repeatedly pulled and yanked on my FX50S engine cover because they could not figure out how to remove it. The coolant service was never completed, and two days later I discovered the cover was cracked. No one told me about the damage, which makes it feel like they simply hoped I would never notice it.

I traveled from Northern California…. enroute my Maintenance Warning Light lit up and I noticed my oil was down to 15%, so I decided to stop in for an oil change. What I received was, without question, the BEST service experience I’ve ever had at any service station! Not only was the staff incredibly hospitable and welcoming, but they were also thorough, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing the job right! Everything was handled with quality and courtesy from start to finish, all at a fair and reasonable cost that felt like excellent value for the level of service delivered. If I lived in Las Vegas, this would absolutely be my go-to spot whenever I needed service. It was that excellent! More service stations could learn a great deal from this team about how to deliver an express oil change with both speed and real care! I truly hope Daniel, Rylan, Cory, Vincent and the team get to see this review. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like a more detailed account of my experience. Vince went out of his way to tell me what and why I needed certain things changed out. Everything I had done, the price was NOT bad at all. I will continue to go back to this Valvoline on blue diamond near Silverton hotel. Thanks guys! My suv is running alot better now.
