  Had such a great experience at Valvoline! It honestly felt like more of an experience than just a routine oil change. Ivan was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything without making it feel overwhelming. I felt really well taken care of from start to finish. Exceptional service and definitely 5 stars!

  I have gotten my oil changed multiple times. here. They are always extremely quick. and knowledgeable. I like that they have record of what work I had done the previous times, so they can make informed recommendations each time.

  My car was overheating and I stopped at the nearest place I could the Valvoline. It was about to close but they pulled in my car and topped me up with coolant so I could make it to park somewhere safe and call a tow truck. They were very nice

  Absolutely would not go to this location. I went to get an oil change and windshield wiper replacement a few weeks ago (9/9) at this location and it was a disaster. They were training a young girl and during the oil change she managed to somehow get oil all over the passenger side of my windshield. Mistakes happen, I get it, but I don’t get how that one happened. They started cleaning it, and then instructed me to use my wipers and fluid to try to get the rest - it smeared oil all over the entire windshield. More people came to help clean, and one of the girls - Irene - dropped a can of cleaning solution on the corner of my windshield on the driver’s side, and cracked my windshield. They accepted fault and started a claim. I told them that I need the windshield replaced and that I had the tint to mitigate glare and heat on the windshield that needs replacing as well. Conor, the manager, and everyone else were very kind and apologetic and replaced my wipers and even got my car washed. It’s been weeks and I finally am getting answers regarding my replacement windshield. I had my tiny done at Honda and wanted to be able to choose who I get the windshield replaced by. When they called today to tell me how much they were going to give me for the replacement, it was around $550 - the quote from Honda is $1480.04. Conor said that “they have the legal right to mitigate costs” and would not cover any more. When I asked where they got quoted from he said “we looked around and at these different places you could get this price and this price, my friend even went to one place and got…” he didn’t provide any legitimate places, quotes, etc. When I asked what tint they looked at pricing he couldn’t answer. I asked how I could escalate this matter higher, he said that I couldn’t. I mentioned that he is the site manager and that there are district managers above him, and he said “yes, but they don’t talk to customers.” So… now this is going to be escalated further because they are unwilling to provide proper information in a timely manner or provide adequate pricing for repairs so I can choose a legitimate company to get said repairs through. Don’t go here - go to a legitimate shop where there aren’t a bunch of kids working on your vehicle.

  This location is always so very nice, they explain everything to me so I understand why things and being done and are just generally friendly people!
