However, during my recent visit in the late afternoon, the manager was not available. Consequently, the service provided was subpar at best. This observation stems from the fact that they inquired about my preferred tire pressure, but upon my departure, I discovered that they had not even inspected the tires, let alone adjusted the pressure. This level of inadequate service is not customary at this establishment. For the cost and lack of service I could’ve taken the car to Mercedes, at least everything would’ve been completed. While this incident deviated from their usual standards, I felt compelled to share my experience.

I need to put my faith in professionals to tell me what I need to do to keep my car running efficiently. I need to feel confident that he or she has me (and my car's) best interests at heart. I can honestly say that I had one of the best auto maintenance experiences when I stopped at Centennial Valvoline. I was so impressed with the relaxed vibe and how friendly the whole crew was. Everyone seemed to really enjoy working there as a team. I was even more impressed with the young man who assisted me -- Montrelle, the assistant manager. He was so wonderful - polite, informative, and very patient. Just thinking about car maintenance gets me a little stressed, but by the time my oil was changed and tires checked, I left with a smile on my face. I can't recommend this Valvoline high enough!
