  Last time (Aug 8) I received an oil change for my 2017 Ford Explorer. Service as always was great. The next day we realized our oil pressure was low and drove straight to Valvoline and with their great customer service they identified the issue was a bad oil filter and replaced the oil filter and oil. Cleaned my engine and sent us on our way. It wasn’t until we got back home did we realize that our garage and driveway was covered with oil and now stuck cleaning this up. It’s been a couple day project cleaning up the oil and has been very frustrating. Customer service at this valvoline has always been great but having to deal with the oil leak has been frustrating

  I appreciated the service especially from young men. They fixed a problem the other Valvoline store created...too bad customers can't check the work 😑 Thank you guys, keep it up

  I’ve been going to Valvoline consistently for years. I was told I needed a new drain plug. I said you are the only company that does my oil changes. I said you might want to replace the plug that one of your techs used the wrong socket on. He said he would. I left there and went home. I woke up to the driveway stain. It was leaking oil from the drain plug! I checked my oil to make sure that it was safe to drive and headed back. There were two cars per bay so I pulled up so a supervisor could snug the bolt, top it off and be on my way. He said I had to wait behind the cars there. I said it’s a quick fix and I waited for the service already yesterday. He said they needed to do their checks 3 times to insure the work is done right. I said there’s no way someone checked the plug 3 times and it’s still leaking. I had a service issue and got sent to the line. I had to waste my time and fuel going back. I also got to clean up my driveway with material I bought. I find this whole situation was absurd. Is this how you deal with customers you’ve failed? Please advise. I went back the next day and the bays were empty. The guys were friendly and accommodating, so I wanted to add the good with the bad and ugly. I paid $170 for a diesel oil change. That oil change at Walmart is under $70. I can’t justify the overcharge with the service and policy for dealing with problems.
