  This is my second time going at the same location on nellis location they are Very kind very professional and very patient asked to check my AC did it with no charge and no problem thanks guys. I will be back again

  I asked for a full service oil change and tire rotation. The attendant agreed and I sat waiting. When the oil change was getting near completion, I mentioned the rotation. He said it was too busy and I was on the wrong side, as it didn't lift up. I was upset because I told them from the beginning that this was part of the service I asked for. Then, it was included on the list of things I need to get done.🤦

  My technician was really friendly. He made sure I was able to understand all the details of my needed services. Each time I come to this location I always have a great experience. I appreciate the help and recommendations I get each time. I will always come here for my oil change. Thank you!

  I've had some really bad experiences at other mechanic shops in the past, where I felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I don't know much about cars and honestly I'm a bit "ditsy" when it comes to stuff. As a woman, I've sometimes felt like people assumed they could take advantage of that, so I was honestly a little apprehensive about coming in. On top of that, not everyone is willing to work on a Fiat. This experience at Valvoline completely changed that. Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and honest from the moment I arrived. He took the time to explain everything he was doing along with the team during my oil change, walked me through the pricing, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel embarrassed for asking. My dad had always handled everything with my car, so I don't really have much experience with these things and I appreciated that Chris took the time to teach me instead of just talking at me. When he checked my car, the battery was weak, he didn't pressure me into buying one on the spot. Instead, he actually suggested that I could have it checked somewhere else first if I wanted a second opinion before making a decision. That level of honesty and transparency meant a lot to me and made me feel like he genuinely cared about doing what was best for me, not just making a sale. Which made me feel confident in being able to get that done today with my oil change. Everyone in the shop was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about both me and my car. I left feeling informed instead of confused, and I never once felt pressured or talked down to. This was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a mechanic shop. Thank you, Chris and the rest of the team for treating your customers with kindness, respect, and integrity. I'll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance and will happily recommend this location to anyone looking for trustworthy service! It shouldn't be so rare to find someone who will treat you with humanity and kindness, but what gem! God bless ❤️
