As for going to 2 different locations. Both places need more respectable attitudes towards your property. 1st location- stripped screws for my air cleaner case by using a DRILL. Scratched both sides of car by having keys or gadgets hanging from their pockets by leaning up against car. Then use oil rags to wipe their fingerprints off your car when closing hood. $126.00 then said car is ready for all these services/maintenance needed. 2nd location -- i simply asked do not lean up against car when doing checks if so make sure no hanging objects from uniforms for scratches- was respected and obliged. I requested them not to use DRILL to check my air filter, told them other location stripped them. They refused to check it. Came back and said my battery was 59% working/ will get a 2nd opinion. Watched a newly tech grab the drill was going to check my air filter, I told the gentleman next to me at computer and asked why is he grabbing the drill, (tech told the other tech- you need to listen) screws are stripped its not needed they will pop right out to check it, they refused to check it, air up tires, did oil change closed the hood. Did not check windshield washer fluid or any other point of inspections they claim to do at this location. Did not reset my oil sensor, did not provide me a receipt or mileage sticker for next oil change, this was $100 ( had a $25.00 coupon) until I requested before I drove out. got home noticed oil and fingerprints once again, front of car, hood, fender sides.
They need to redo their training, provide professional attitudes/customer service and charge less for not all so-called points of inspection service they claim to offer at time of oil change. Plus sit in line for 45 minutes ( next in line) to go in. Idle time with AC = FUEL is costly. All the techs gathered around the car in front of me laughing, talking after their oil change. Yes this location was full of young generation that play was more important then working. Other cars were also waiting for their turns for oil changes. So there's my thoughts/reviews of 2 locations of Valvoline
Thorough, efficient, great service.
I’m someone who works on my own cars, but when I’m traveling and need a quick oil change, I’ll find spots like this. I was really happy with how thorough these guys were—checking all of the fluids, making sure everything was back in place afterward. It’s clear they have a great process and communication. I really appreciated the service here—didn’t try to upsell, but were u formative and helpful. I definitely recommend this spot!
Demarcus is an excellent store manager and made sure to go over everything needed with my car. Plus the company offered me a coupon for my oil change which really ended up helping me alot. The Buffalo location in Las Vegas is always knowledgeable and ends up teaching me something about my car every time I get an oil change. They even answer questions for me not related to why I come and give proper recommendations on where to go if I need additional services they may not offer! Give those men a raise for working in this heat! Thank you guys for what you do. I truly appreciate it. 🙏🏾🤗😁
Better than great experience, four or five guys worked on my car doing different things safety test oil engine filter cabin filter I needed it all I am going to treat my car better and they topped my fluids, checked blinkers headlights battery while I said in my air conditioned car 110 outside very short time 15 minutes maybe I don't know it was not very long at all I will keep coming from now on after the Royal Treatment my car will never forgive me for being so bad to it but I will treat it better giving it full synthetic for my hybrid car, the guys were very nice very helpful suggested things and I knew I really needed them and the convenience even though it might have cost a little more I did it all my life is very important to me thank you Valvoline

I just moved to the area recently and I always get nervous finding new vendors in a new area. I pulled up on Sunday morning and was greeted by the team with a positive and welcoming get-it-done attitude. Cameron and his team helped me and the service was white glove, top tier service. I’m so glad I found my new go to spot.
