  Valvoline has successfully lost my business forever. Reason being, I purchased a Full Synthetic oil change from Groupon and was declined service. I was told I cannot use the Groupon and to buy through the location. I will never give Valvoline my business again.

  It was a great experience everyone was friendly and service was amazing. Only thing stopping a 5 star is that I requested a new car battery and paid for it and then when they were trying to install it it was the wrong battery and they had to refund the entire amount and charge me again so I have 2 charges and I have not yet seen my refund

  I have been a customer of Valvoline for several years. This was my first time to this location. I have never had any issues at any other location. When I pulled up, all three bays were all full. I was first in line at the far left bay. The other two bays each had one car waiting. After about 10 minutes I was asked to move my car to the side of the business so that one of the vehicles that was there before me could pull into my line, as I was advised it is first come first serve. This seemed unusual, but I complied with no issue. After about 10 more minutes, I was asked to move my vehicle to the far right bay, where are the previous vehicle was. In the meantime, the car that was in the center Bay moved out and was replaced by the car behind it. I continued to wait at the far-right bay while a car in each of the bays to my left were taken in before me even after arriving after me. I asked the technician who moved my vehicle originally what happened to first come first serve. All he said was "Sorry they missed it". Not sure who he meant by they, as he was the one that missed it. I ontinue d to wait for several more minutes and decided to leave without service. This location was not very busy and yet I waited for over 40 minutes total. I want to be very clear, that this is only a review of this location. I have never had any other issues at any other location.

  I wouldn’t normally leave a review for an oil change, but the crew that worked on my truck on the morning of 07/16/26 deserves 5 stars and probably some raises. Super professional and I appreciated them vocally calling out the different steps of the process to make sure nothing was missed. They also checked everything replaceable like the battery and air filter (which I get is a corporate upsell play, but they did a great job and it’s good for them to check that stuff and for the customer to know). All in all a great experience even if it’s just an oil change.
