  Valvoline is competitively priced. You stay in your car. It takes anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the circumstances and parts availability. I have been to multiple locations throughout Las Vegas. They’re all friendly, courteous, and work quickly. I appreciate good service and I recommend Valvoline oil change.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars they are horrible got an oil change last Tuesday immediately after leaving my check engine light came on they said it was not their fault, I gave it a day next day leaking under my car. Took it back again they said not their fault said their manager even said it was not their fault. Well whose fault is it then? 3 days later jump in my car low oil reads on the dashboard. Instead of going back to them I went to Sun Auto on Buffalo/Warm Springs. Confirmed no leaks but oil is low which is weird for just getting an oil change 3 days prior. Sun Auto was amazing cleaned out my oil and did the whole oil change and didn’t charge me the whole amount because of Valvoline who wouldn’t make it right so they did. Reported them to BBB, valvoline responded saying to call their customer service in which I did got the assistant manager Carlos on the line and he said he reached out to Sun Auto and Sun Auto said there was a leak in my car and recommended a dye to confirm and I declined which is a lie so I called Sun Auto spoke with Mario and asked if this is true and he said he never told Valvoline this and that is untrue. They are the worst! Instead of making it right they’re putting blame on me who had no issues prior to that day of my oil change and they lied about Sun Auto who have been nothing but amazing. Going forward going to Sun Auto and staying away from Valvoline. Bunch of people working there with brains like rocks.

  This was my second time to this location and I had worst experience just oil change they open the hood and left me seating in the car for an hour without ac I been told to turn off the engine. They charge over .nobody explained what is going on while I was seated.

  I agree with other in regards to not having your vehicle serviced here. All of my oil changes have occurred here after purchasing my vehicle. Last time I was there they told me the access panel was loose, they screwed it back in as best they could.... However they failed to mention that on a previous occasion it had already been sliced to access said oil filter. Service manager just brushed me off. Even after I explained he should check records so he could see that over the last 3yrs since car was purchased they'd serviced my car. No reason for me to slice a oil filter access panel, I'm not "qualified".

  absolute terrible service. i can understand being understaffed and empathize with the staff. however, what i experienced today was unacceptable. initially, i waited in line for about 30 minutes before a staff member approached my car to let me know that i will be helped and they apologize for the wait. once i am in the bay, i wait 5-10 minutes to be told that they are out of the oil needed for my car and that i will have to go buy my own oil at the local autozone or o’reilly’s in order for them to perform the service. after leaving and returning with said oil, i wait an additional 30 minutes before reentering the bay. once i am in the bay i am waiting for over 1 hour for my service to be done. once again, i understand that you are understaffed. however, the cars that have arrived after me are leaving before me. once my oil change was done, i am instructed to pull off to the side so that they can install coolant. i am told this will take 5 minutes which it did not. once again i am waiting for extended. periods of time. i will not be recommending this location to anyone, nor will i be returning.
