The work was explained every step of the way, and done is a very timely manner. This was my fourth visit to a local Valvoline drive through oil change, in several diggerent vehicles, but the results and satisfaction remain the same. I will continue to use Valvoline for my used car's scheduled maintenance.

Kylie was awesome at keeping everything organized, as well as the first gentleman that helped me whose name I didn’t get Got an oil change in a new battery in less than 15 minutes. Love that they check all your lights Tire pressure, etc.
- SNSteve NJun 16, 20262.0I was asked if I would like to top off my coolant for an extra 2.50. I approved. Then I saw the charge of $5 on the bill. I called the number on the invoice and was told that normally, this is a courtesy with an oil change. But this location is a franchise and they now charge. The biggest issue I have is that they didn’t tell me it was per quart. I’m very disappointed that, one, this is a courtesy fill at corp locations and, two, I wasn’t told it was per quart. Sadly, I find this to be poor customer care and am disappointed by the lack of transparency.
