  The technician made me get out of my car in the 111 degree heat. I told him that this was the first time I was told that I could not be in my car for this procedure. He said that the others were being lazy. The only reason I went to that location is because the one in North Las Vegas smog machine was broken. I will never go to the one in Sunmerlin again. *Smog

  I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time and the employees who work here are always helpful and friendly. Today I came in for a smog check and it was very disturbing to see that the employees are working in extreme heat without any misters or an awning of some kind on the exit portion of the building. Maybe if someone from corporate had to fill their positions and work in this extreme heat without any type of cooling system or shade from the sun that beems directly on the exit side of the building, they would understand just what these guys are going through. Especially since these men have to work on BLACKTOP which makes it even hotter. With all the money, this company is raking in, the least they can do is put some misters out there for the employees and install an awning to shield them from the sun while they work on our cars! This is ridiculous!! This is a no brainer and should have been done already!

  I always come to Valvoline for routine oil changes. I really appreciate how easy they make it to get this service, and even on busy days, the crew always manages the lines very efficiently. I was expecting a long wait this visit since I was coming at noon on a Saturday, but I was very pleased that they got me right in with no wait at all. It barely took 10 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I drove away! I appreciate how all my car’s maintenance history is stored with Valvoline and they are always good about letting you know what needs to be done without being pushy or using uncomfortable sales pitches. I also appreciate how easy the company makes it to find coupons for every visit, and I’m always easily able to save $10-$20 on every visit just by going to their website.
