I was told over the phone that they could, and that I was welcome to come in before 4 PM as they were conducting smog checks until then. However, upon arrival, I asked the attendant at the front about the expected wait time. After briefly looking at my vehicle, he informed me that they do not service diesel vehicles. When I explained that I had called ahead and been told otherwise, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, and no effort to offer an alternative solution. This experience demonstrated a clear lack of communication and regard for customers’ time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
