  If I could give it zero stars or negative I would I brought my truck in there for an appointment at 10 AM. I didn’t hear nothing from them. I called him at 1 AM and they still have not even looked at it. All I brought it in for was a simple break job on the front brakes. They finally got the Brakes done to where they said it was good and I went there to pick up the truck I got there before they did the test drive when they pulled in back to the shop from doing the test drive. I heard some clicking noise noises. I let the manager nicole know and I said I would do a test drive myself and if something was wrong. I would come right back. During my test drive, it was grinding and smoking worse than before the brakes were even done. So nicole took my keys and took it for her own test drive when she came back she told me she didn’t hear or feel anything wrong. All she heard was a little road noise. This tells me right here. The management at this shop does not know what they are doing. Then I had to argue with her and tell her something was wrong and she proceeded to tell me she could put it back in there on the left and she would have to charge me to replace the bearings cause that’s the only thing she didn’t do which I proceeded to tell her that that’s unacceptable because I had no issue with the bearings when I brought it in. She then told me that was the best she can do and if I didn’t want to put it back up there and pay to get the bearings done Then there’s nothing she could do. I asked her to give me corporate’s number so that I could call them and she proceeded to tell me corporate does not have a phone number which was obviously another lie I have now been without a truck and cannot go to work for four days. I call customer service to make a complaint and they proceeded to tell me they will refund me $260 which is half of the labor that doesn’t even cover one day of my work that I missed and they’re also telling me the part will not get here until Tuesday. I asked them for the part number, so I could search and order the part myself so I can get my truck back and they proceeded to tell me they do not know the part number if they have a part on the way then how do they not know the part number? This entire establishment has become a joke since they’ve hired new management The problem they cause from them putting the bearings on wrong and the smoke that I seen it got so hot that it welded the bearings cage to the spindle of the wheel So then they proceeded to get out grinders and try to cut it off, which took them almost 2 hours and when they cut it off, they cut through the spindle of the wheel now the entire knuckle and spindle needs to be replaced While I was there, there was another gentleman very angry also with the same problems he brought his car in for a noise. They say they fixed it when he went to drive away the exact same noise was still There. So they did the same to him and told him he has to wait until they can find the correct part I warn anybody who reads this to not go here unless they fix management because you will have a car that will be rendered unusable until they feel like getting it fixed. At this point, I’m still without a vehicle and I do not have a date that it will get done. They told me I just have to wait until they can find a part. How are they gonna find a part if they don’t even know the part number and what type of mechanic store does not know the part number they need to fix a vehicle.

  I am reviewing tire choice on and Fort Appache and Tropicana. The manager is very professional and really cares about your concerns. And the staff is on the same page. Every issue my wife and I have had issues with our vehicles where all addressed and handled in a timely matter. Can't thank them enough.

  Nichole helped me. I knew i had a lot needed to be done. She added a couple of things that were also needed that still came within my personal estimate of total cost. She offered pics of wear on items needing replacement so I knew she wasn't trying to scam me. Trustworthy.

  personally at first they said I needed a tire balance there was a terrible rattling noise once I got it back i take it back in the next day and they said I needed engine mounts mechanic did show me that I needed engine mounts but I found out at another shop not only that I need engine mounts I needed all four bushings on the subframe what happened to the bushings in the subframe I don't know I personally believe my car was sabotaged so I'm left having to have more repairs done do not go here once Jeff left I think all his mechanics went with him be careful out there people these shops are shady
