  If I were to give a rate I would say 0 and I would not ever recomend to this place and not be coming back they are over price and have only one person working with so many cars which they won’t be able to fix your car well instead they will keep you wait for how many hours of waiting very unprofessional. They should stop getting more service appointment or walk in when they know they are over appointment. Theres only one person working and how can he concentrate with just one car when he has to do that and do this. They keep me back and forth everyday knowing my tire will be fix but then tire get more worst and it’s a simple work they didn’t even put patch on my tire it’s crazy how things done from them. Very unprofessional they will leave you hanging as long as they got the money in. Either way free of charge since they insist to do it they should do the right job. Air pressure of my tire wasn’t that bad before but when they do the job have to put air everyday now and got more worst and I am aware have another small nails on the edge and other worker said it won’t affect it because they can’t do it which I totally understand because it’s just a little piece. But things get more worst until my tire went flat. Just saying they did my car the other day next day have to go back because I have to put air air pressure was getting more too low instead the previous without removing it. And my engine still say oil change reccomend when I pick it up didn’t update instead everything should be done by then since I have to leave my car over night. So I will not be going back.

  Unbelievable service by Khrys. Finally someone who I can trust with service on my Bravada. I will recommend her to anyone that asks for services on car. Shocked and happy to find her store. She is incredible and knowledgeable. Blessings on her store

  If you are looking for an honest experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND dealing with the management of this location (Khrys James). Not only is the work overpriced, they will try to scam you for more money along the way. I would like to give Kudos to the original person (Ariana) who came from another store and her honesty and providing us with their recommendations on parts and service. Unfortunately, after taking their recommendation, and yes, accepting a much higher labor price, the experience with the manager afterwards can be pretty summed up as “You should have bought better brakes” and attempted to charge almost $400 additional for a 30min fix. Also, when referring to recommendations we were presented, manager responded with “she doesn’t even work here”. Amazingly though, jeeps brakes work after declining additional upsale. I would recommend regional management take a larger look at the management of this branch, as the honesty from the lower organizational chart can offer a better experience to customers. If upper/regional management would like to reach out to me, I would be happy to give my time Yes, I am a Jeep owner myself and do this work on my own vehicle, though taking advantage of other customers who are less knowledgeable is not acceptable.
