  I have had my vehicle serviced here for several years. Approximately one month ago I had to have a tire repaired. Per the manager, I had a Hyundai Sante Fe and a Dodge Caravan, both with different license plates, and vehicles I've never owned on my profile. Additionally they replaced my brake pads on another service, which did not last even a year, and they claimed to have machined my rotors. However, when the vehicle was taken to bake masters, they advised my rotors were never serviced, and sub standard brake pads were placed on the vehicle. I paid several thousand dollars for service work that appears to have never occurred. The female manager at the time; her name was Chris, had also confused my vehicle with another vehicle that was in for service. Due to her confusion, I may have paid for another vehicles repairs. I would avoid this place. They have a high turn over of service managers.

  Manager is amazing and very helpful!!! Came in right when they opened and helped us right away get our tire repaired. Highly recommended!!! Great customer service.

  Services was good and I am happy with the work done. It’s very upsetting since when I purchased 4 tires a year ago I paid for the extra warranty and my tires was still covered under the warranty for this replacement but I was charged full price for the tire at check out, it’s been 4 days since the service and still no refunds have been made. When checking out no price was said so I just tapped to pay, I thought I was paying just for the labor until I looked at the receipt and seen I paid full price for a tire, when right back in (within 30 seconds) I was told nothing could be done at that time! I am still waiting for corporate to refund me the money. We are talking about good amount of money for refund and it is very disappointing to have to wait this wrong on mistake on your part! Service was very good and timely except when it was time to check out!
