  I called ahead for an oil change and was quoted $49 over the phone. When I arrived, I was told the service would actually cost nearly $100 due to the type of oil my vehicle requires. That pricing difference wasn't the issue. Mistakes happen, and I understood that the original quote was based on incorrect information. What ultimately drove me away was the attitude of the employee at the front counter. He came across as condescending and dismissive, which made for an unpleasant customer experience. Customer service matters, especially when you're trusting a shop with your vehicle. There are plenty of other repair shops that provide both quality service and a welcoming atmosphere, and I'd rather take my business there. Given the experience, it's not surprising that the garage was empty when I visited. Unfortunate how many auto shops in Vegas have shitty customer service

  Bluediamond location really takes care of you, Just beware they are typical in the thing that that want to do extra stuff. But they are very friendly and knowledgeable about repairs and tires. We are regular customers at this location.
