  First of all, I typically don’t write bad reviews. I believe more is achieved through praise than by beating someone down. This however, is more of a PSA, and it should be known that this shop does negligent repairs, deflects responsibility, and then failed to even do the simplest of things to correct the problem. I took my Grand Cherokee in to replace the struts and CV. The lower control arm nut was either never replaced or replaced improperly. There was no other work done on this vehicle in this area and if the nut had been put on properly it should not have come off. This wasn’t noticed until the vehicle was lifted at another shop. I took it back to Tire Choice and after having to leave the vehicle there for hours they told me they would have to order a nut from the dealership. I scheduled to come back four days later. When I returned, guess what, no nut. Why? Someone didn’t enter the right amount in their purchasing system so the nut was never delivered. Did I receive a call to reschedule? No. I could go on but I think I made my point.

  I came in with the dealership and another shop, that said I didn’t have a leak. Went here on a whim. No appointment and was seen right away. It wasn’t as busy. Told them I think I have a leak but 2 other places said I didn’t but I knew something was wrong. The tech came out found the leak in under a min. They patched it up and I was on my way. They were awesome.

  The staff were very personable and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was the website I scheduled my appointment indicated that certain tires were requested but they were not available.

  Took my car here, given a ludicrous estimate, decided to go for a second opinion and shocking the second opinion was able to verify that this shop does not know what they are doing and are overcharging for services. This shop quoted me at $4,000 and took the car for a second opinion and it ended up being $1,000! If you want to get ripped off, go here. If you want to make sure your vehicle is properly taken care of, I suggest you seek services elsewhere. I want my money back for the time they wasted, but it’s all good I will be recommending to all my friends and family to take their business elsewhere.

  What an outstanding place this is. We were on the way on a trip. We got a notice our front passenger tires was low. With in 20 mins they found a nail and repaired the tire at a very reasonable price. We are coming here for every tire issue and replacement. Thank you so much.
