0 stars. If you go for an oil change, make sure they actually put enough oil back in your vehicle before you decide to go on with your day. I chose this location because it was relatively close to where we were going to be while in town and it is an approved location for the CarvanaCare coverage on a 2025 Suburban. I booked the appointment for an oil change and to take a look at my front tire that was losing air, expecting the oil change to be covered since I pay for the extended warranty. Wrong. The front desk guy told me they can not do any work until they get approval from SilverRock, which is not something I was told but whatever, I'll pay for the service. It needed to be done, we were already there. He said 30 minutes, it took over an hour. They said they fixed the flat, changed the oil and looked everything over. Cool, $182 out the door. We go to leave and the car says engine oil low. We thought maybe the sensor didnt reset so we went on our way. We noticed a ticking noise when we got to our destination so we turned the car off, did our shopping and checked the oil after it had cooled down a bit. THE DIPSTICK CAME OUT CLEAN. My husband checked it 2-3 times and there was no oil on it. I immediately called the place at 6:05pm and made them aware of the issue. The guy was stuttering and said they were closed (Google said 7pm) but if we could get the vehicle back, he'd put oil in it or we could wait until tomorrow for a tow truck. Sir, there was supposed to be oil in it to begin with and we live in Pahrump. How are we supposed to get home with a car full of kids?? I let him know that we were not driving the vehicle all the way back and risking possibly more damage and we didnt have the option of waiting until Sunday. I told him that we were by an Auto Zone and we'd get our own oil to put in it to get us home, but I'd expect some type of refund. 4 quarts. My vehicle was running 4 quarts low on oil after we paid for an oil change and they charged me for 8 quarts of oil. I called Sunday to follow up to see if I could speak to a manager and let them know my vehicle is going to a chevy dealership to see if any damage was done. He said that a district manager would be giving me a call so I am waiting to hear back.

The experience was just okay. I did call in advance to see if my tires were in stock, they said yes. Then showed up and was told it would need to be ordered for tomorrow. Outside of that it was a decent experience.
