  Still waiting till this is resolved a month later.. Luckily charge was disputed but I didnt get a callback or even told they ordered the piece they "misplaced" until I submitted the claim.. I want my car back to normal before I came here. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE. NEGLIGENT TAMPERING AND INCOMPETENCE WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS MORE IN THE LONG RUN ....SMH🙄🤬

  If I could give negative then negative.HORRIBLE customer service and RUDE employees. Also trying to upsell telling me my issue is not fixable when I just got it fixed elsewhere.

  When in to schedule service, arranged for next day. I arrived a few minutes early and they started my car right away. Very quick and easy and way faster than dealership. Will be going back with my wife's car.

  Would not repair a simple tire leak from a tiny screw.. was in the middle of tread .. Said there was signs of weather cracking.. but of course quick to sell me a $250 tires instead!! This particular tire has plenty of tread life left in it… so had to repair myself at home .. which not easy these days being a senior…$126 oil change is absurd

  I will removed this review once the zipties are replaced with the clips that should be there... And my tire rotation is actually done.. (Same scuff on left right rim means tires never moved) Its one thing if they mention this between now and last oil change....but nope they assumed I would never look... So that would be somehting they should correct. Whether the tech just forgot ( like the tire rotation they said they did ,that never happened ) ....... Integrity is when you do the right thing when nobody will find out.. Its having a moral compass... Not just kicking the problem down the street to handle later... This will be 4th time returning to have them RE-FIX somehting they misplaced or whatever happen... 🤷‍♂️ But saying you'll fix them by my next oil change so you can leave for the day instead of properly addressing the situation is unacceptable.. Ive been pretty calm about this but this needs to be resolved ASAP.. ( corporate and Twitter should not be the answer.....this should be handled on-site where the issues occurred)
