  I quite possibly could have already left a review when I came in last time, but I keep getting texts asking to leave one so here we go! I used to come in here for all my car needs. After I got my 100k check up I felt that I was taken advantage of with pricing, but it was my fault because I said "do what is recommended" so whatever. However, I brought my car in a few months later for an oil change and to have my passenger window looked at because it would work. I have someone else pick up the car for me and it gets to me and the window doesn't work again...even though I paid over $900 for an oil change and a new motor. I bring my car back in again and they "fix it" again. I get my car back, and I still cannot roll my passenger window up or down with the control on the driver side AND my passenger window only rolls up in two inch increments. I contact them again and am told that the motor installed is not the same as the one that came with the car so it would not automatically roll up with one touch as it did before nor will it be controlled by the driver side controls. As for the other issue, they ordered another motor and installed it...same problem is still there. When I brought this up I was told that it looks like an electrical problem that is beyond their scope of work and that I would need to go elsewhere. So basically, I paid over $800 (oil change was about $100) for my window to be fixed but it wasn't and then I was ultimately told to go somewhere else. A recommendation wouldn't even be given to me at that time. When I complained about this, I was told I am sorry that you are upset and that is it. This is infuriating to me. And honestly, writing this review infuriates me all over again. Either way...I will NEVER come back to this company again...even after being loyal for quite some time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  I called to set up an appointment to fix a slow leak in my motorcycle tire. I spoke to two people in two separate calls and I made it a point each time to stipulate that it was a MOTORCYCLE tire that needed repair. On the day of the appointment I am told that they don't service motorcycles. I was told that by two other people. So at least 50% of the people working there don't know their jobs. Incompetence and a waste of time. Don't bother responding to this review with an apology, excuse or explanation unless you have a time machine that can get the time back I wasted talking to you and could have used to get my tire fixed.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this time it was needed. I had my truck dropped off by AAA for a flat tire with a nail in it. It was 9am on a Saturday and the lady said there were 4 cars ahead of me and it would be about an hour and a half. By 1pm I’m asking for the 3rd time how long it will be and they said could be 2-6 hours. Mind you this is a nail in a tire repair. I ended up having the truck towed to tire works who fixed it in literally 18 minutes from the time I walked in. Absolutely horrible shop, will never be back
