  Amazing customer service from owner Travis. I came to his shop with the vision and he sat me down and took the time to go over what I wanted and my expectations. Needless to say it surpassed my expectations. He took the look of an already beefy TRX. and made it a Monster. I came in looking for rims tires and a possible lift to accommodate my vision. He found all of it and saved me money in the meantime. I highly recommend Travis and his team for all your custom needs. Great job guys.

  I can’t say enough good things about The Custom Shop and Travis. From the first conversation to picking up our vehicles, the entire experience was outstanding. Travis personally helped us choose the perfect setup for both vehicles, taking the time to explain our options without ever making us feel pressured. They installed new rims on my wife’s car and new tires, a 1.5” leveling kit, and a truck bed cover on my truck, and everything turned out even better than we expected. What really stood out was the communication and transparency. Travis kept us informed throughout the entire process, so we always knew exactly what was going on. They also have a clean, comfortable lounge if you decide to wait while your vehicle is being worked on. The biggest surprise? They completed all of the work on both vehicles in just one business day without cutting corners. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable shop that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend The Custom Shop. Travis and his team have earned our business for future upgrades, and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

  Wanted to share my experience with this local business first off Travis and his staff are top notch extremely accommodating with 10 out of 10 quality customer service I have had a few things done from the tint and bed cover to the most recent new and upgraded header on my 2019 Ram 1500 their tint person is absolutely amazing at what she does the level and quality of service I received was amazing I will continue to use this shop for all future needs thank you Travis and to all at the custom shop for what you do

  Called up Travis after another local shop failed to reply back to have some work done. Travis was very up front and knowledgeable, staff very friendly and welcoming. I would rather pay for services for a local business than a chain business. Thank you for all the great customer service. Hope to do some more business with The Custom Shop in the near future.
