  Went in hoping for actual troubleshooting and a willingness to listen to the issue I was describing, but the interaction felt one-sided from the start. Instead of asking questions or working through the problem, the response was basically to trust his “experience” without much explanation or verification behind it. Unfortunately, the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I left feeling more dismissed than helped. Results matter more than confidence.

  Extremely condescending and quick to dismiss others, while repeatedly citing “experience” to support claims that don’t hold up. It reads more like ego than expertise. Not worth your time

  I never give reviews online, first one ever. However, these guys were great. I was in a tough spot on a cross continent road trip and had a breakdown in Vegas. These guys answered my call quickly and we’re down to help with anything despite driving a very old vehicle. They communicated well and did not seem bothered with frequent check-ins on progress. They were honest and let me keep my old parts to verify they needed to be fixed. Ramon Stayed till 8 PM on his Friday to try to get it finished so I could get out of town, When they realize they needed a new part, he woke up at 4 AM the next morning to get it done for me. They went above and beyond to get me out of a tough spot. Later down the road I even had some wiring issues as a normal with a 40+-year-old vehicle, they were available to call and gave me some helpful advice. Would recommend
