  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience picking up our hire car with Sixt was fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and had everything ready to go, so we were on the road in no time. Excellent customer service and a smooth pickup experience. We would definitely hire with Sixt again and highly recommend them!

  This place was awesome! Extremely easy to get in, get the car, and return easily. We flew into Vegas for vacation, did the grand circle to visit 6 national parks, and flew out of Vegas a week later. We stayed across the street at the Tuscany Casino Suites and Hotel. We walked across the street to SIXT at 8am to pick up our rental, and we were driving out of there 15 minutes later with a free upgrade! They even called us a day or two later to make sure we were all set. The staff was awesome and super friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service and location. Would highly recommend!

  I would give zero stars if I could!! Horrible service! We needed a rental for 3 days while my car is being repaired. Made the reservation ahead of time online as we were previous customers. Received an email that everything was verified and were given instructions on what to bring for a debit card rental. The cost of the rental is already pending on my account. We drove 45 minutes to pick up the vehicle. We brought all requested information: bank statement and lease and were denied rental because our utilities are included in our rent which was stated in our lease. The email from corporate confirming the reservation clearly stated bring one of the requested items. Pic below. I do not recommend this place at all. The guy at the counter refused to call the manager for approval and claimed to be the acting manager on duty. I asked why the company sent out an email stating that you need 1 additional item to rent with a debit card and yet he refuses to accept it. He claimed they recently changed their criteria and there was nothing he could do to help us. When I asked for proof of refund I was told he couldn't give it to me and to contact the branch manager the next day for that. Ridiculous! I will be contacting management as well as the corporate office.

  I would recommend renting from anyone else besides this place. We had a car rented for our 14 day vacation. We flew into Las Vegas and by the time our flight landed and we got our luggage it was 4:45. We didn't have enough time to get to the location to pick up our car because they close at 5:00. I called them and asked if they would be willing to stay open for an extra 5 minutes so we could get there to pick up our car. They refused to do this for us. This left my family of 4 stranded in the airport with all our luggage and we had to make a 2.5 hour drive to where we were staying. The only option I had was to rent a car from another company. I requested to cancel our reservation and asked for a refund, but they would not refund our money. Horrible experience, stay away from this place Teresa, a good start would be to refund my money. It's pretty obvious you don't care about your customers since I only asked for 5 minutes so my family wouldn't be stranded. As a business owner myself I would have given that to any of my customers or in the very least refunded their almost $700.
