  Unbelievable!! Refused me the car I prepaid for at the airport sighting that they couldn't verify my license. Apparently their machines are finicky. Sixt appears on my bank statement, but they insisted I speak to the 3rd party vendor I went thru. Had to work with 2 companies and it was clear to everyone including the bank that they are just ripping me off... Had no issue with Hertz and their license verification, so nothing wrong with my license. Look at the Yelp reviews. Much clearer view of this sleazy company.

  The first time I have used SIXT and honestly was worried about my Experiance thinking there would be an issue. I can honestly say it was the best rental car experiance I have ever had. Crazy fast and easy check in at the counter with ( Romeo) and locating and my interactions with the employee’s (Brook T & Tenniell) in the parking garage were absolutely amazing. The entire process was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend SIXT and I will use them every time.

  Andy war bei der Abholung ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass uns ein sehr attraktives Upgrade-Angebot gemacht wurde, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Letztendlich haben wir uns trotzdem für den Jeep Wrangler entschieden, weil uns dieses Fahrzeug einfach besser gefallen hat. Der Wrangler selbst war praktisch fabrikneu und hatte gerade einmal 57 Meilen auf dem Tacho. Das Fahrzeug war in einem perfekten Zustand und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Insgesamt eine rundum sehr angenehme und professionelle Abholerfahrung – vielen Dank an Andy und das SIXT-Team!

  I am formally disputing a nearly $600 damage claim from SIXT for damage that I did not cause. We inspected the vehicle carefully at drop-off and there was no visible damage to the car when it was returned. Since then, I have called multiple times, sent emails, and contacted customer service requesting proof, including timestamped before-and-after photos and documentation, yet SIXT continues avoiding providing clear evidence while attempting to hold me responsible for the charge. If I do not receive a proper response immediately, I will be escalating this matter through the Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies, social media channels, and any other appropriate avenues available. I have also found a large Facebook group filled with customers reporting the exact same type of disputed damage claims and lack of transparency from SIXT. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

  This is a bit late but we want to mention how great Romeo was with us. We flew into Las Vegas airport on Saturday April 25th and had a car reserved in another rental agency but hadn't paid anything. So we get shuttled to the car rentals facility off site from the airport and upon arriving there we were going have to take another shuttle from there. We didn't like the feeling of this so we sat there and started reading reviews of the car rentals there. Sixt stood out, so we walked over and told the gentleman behind the counter who's name is Romeo what was going on. He quickly made us feel comfortable, we had told him what was going on and the uneasy feeling with the other place. He gave some advice as we had some anxiety being 2,500 miles from home. We went and sat in the cars to find what would be comfortable for us told him what we liked and he gave us a phenomenal rate we felt on the car we chose. Everything was smooth, seamless. Thank you Romeo for A1 customer service! You are a great representative for the Sixt company!
