  The technician was very committed to arriving and getting the job completed; the choir that was selected due to my request for repairs was a little bit off. The repair recommended that the wiper blades be replaced; nowhere the technician tried to place them the clip did not work. The wiper blades were for a Tesla vehicle not the Chevrolet Bolt EV. The technician didn’t demonstrate the Safelite cleaner. This was the reason for 4 star review on this experience. Safelite will always be my first choice and option for windshield repairs. No matter what you drive they do not fail in the quality of services. My personal experience first time was with a semi truck and they will do roadside repair services as well.

  Got a big ugly crack in the windshield of our new car. Safelite replaced it within a couple of days of scheduling. Dillon, the technician, was prompt, friendly and informative. The company gave a five-hour window for his arrival, but he called that morning with a more accurate arrival time, and sent a message letting us know when he was en route.

  Safelite is the absolute best! I got a big chip/crack on my new car from debris kicked up by a semi truck and have a long distance trip coming up soon so I needed a repair quick to avoid the crack from spreading. From booking the appointment to actually getting the windshield serviced and driving home it was a seamless experience. Easy to navigate website and friendly/knowledgeable staff made it a pleasant experience all around

  From scheduling the appointment to having the service done right in my driveway, everything was smooth and convenient. The technician clearly explained what to expect and how long it would take, which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Safelite to family and friends.

  One of the best service experiences I've had. The initial repair consult was done by Darius and he arrived promptly the same day and gave good advice. The actual replacement install was done by Michael who did exceptional, impeccable work. He gave me so much knowledge about my vehicle. Both were highly professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend!
