  The service, friendliness, and attitude of the employee—even though I didn't speak English—were excellent. The person who assisted me was truly wonderful; the service was very fast and efficient. I hope the repair proves durable and that my glass doesn't cause any further problems.

  A rock hit my windshield on the freeway and I was able to set up an appointment the same day. Greg did the repair and he did an amazing job. His professionalism and customer service went above and beyond.

  You guys replaced my window after my truck got broken into. The glass and regulator needed to be replaced. They made a mistake the first time and the window sounded horrible and then they fixed it a second time and it sounded fine. However. I have had rattling in that door ever since. Today I replaced it on my own, super easy and cheap btw. And I found all this glass the guy left behind, maybe 3-4 cups full of glass. All this time I couldn’t figure out why that window and door rattled so much. Google won’t allow me to post a photo here but I uploaded them to the photos section here on Google.

  Great service provided! Safelite technician was on-time, explained the process very well, and what to expect once completed. I felt very informed and was impressed by the quickness of the job and how fast it took. Highly recommend Safelite, in general, for any autoglass repairs, especially my technician (Louis_Tech ID: 1827-840). The service location also deserves praise for the excellent customer service and experience from start to finish! You will also feel the need to give them a high service-rating (and NOT because they ask you to take the survey).
