  Went in for my appointment at the Sunset location and was greeted right away. I had to go remove my dash cam that I forgot to take down and the tech offered to put double sided tape on the magnetic mount for me. That was very nice of him to do so I didn't have to order a new one. The vehicle was done before the time they quoted. The tech explained what to be cautious of for a couple of days. Will definitely use this location again if needed.

  Our experience with Safelite was outstanding. They have replaced 3 windshields over the years for us. The technicians are always professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Safelite for vehicle windshield replacement.

  This business is atrocious, my wife arrives 15 minutes past her appointment time and they refused to see her, mind you she was on the way there after work during rush-hour traffic. This business is never on time whether they come to your home or you come into the office they are always 45 minutes to an hour and a half past your appointment time, but I guess that's OK! I wonder if the fact that my wife was Muslim played a factor into this and maybe if she was white it wouldn't have been a problem. I will be reporting this business not only to safelight corporate but also to my car insurance and never giving Safelite my business ever again. Good riddance to this garbage

  Amazing! They open at 8am, but i had to be working by 9am. Knowing this they gave me a 7am appointment, needless to say I was at work with plenty of time and a fixed windshield. Everyone so nice and attentive. My only problem is that the next day I received a txt saying my car was starting a warranty service at no cost to me, but I did not take it for a second time. Just hope if I do need a warranty service, it will cover it. No matter who I spoke too, I still kept getting updated on how my car was doing. Even when they were done and I could picked my car up, lol.

  What really stood out to me was the friendly customer service and how quickly the technician handled my situation. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is always appreciated! Plus, the quality of the work was top-notch. It’s nice to know I can rely on Saflite for any future needs.
