  The rainbow location customer service was unsatisfactory to say least. There is a grouchy older man at the front desk that would prompt me to never return. Not to mention, I don’t believe that the calibration was successful, although I was sent a certificate that it was

  Gregory did an excellent job on my windshield repair. He is super friendly, very professional and I can barely tell there was a rock chip in the windshield after the repair. He called me up prior to arrival and excellent communication. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone looking for quality repair.

  BUYER BEWARE! The glass was likely of low quality. Less than a year later, it developed a significant crack. They refused to repair it or stand by their work, so we now have to replace the entire windshield. I won’t be returning to this company. On the other hand, I had my car windshield replaced by Tesla at the same time, and it remains in perfect condition.

  If I could leave a zero I would. The Manager Mike sat there and argued that there was nothing wrong with my windshield molding when it flaps like crazy when I’m in the highway. This happened after they repaired it. I tried to bring it back to get it fixed back to how it was before the windshield replacement, instead he argued with me and said there’s nothing wrong with it. All voice raised and all.

  Omg I wish they had 10 stars as an option !!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE !!! The only thing that could have been better was letting me know ahead of time to come with 40% battery. I know they say that as a precaution, but it could have easily been done with the 30% that I had on the car. No big deal. I had to go to super charger anyway so I had to leave and charge and come back which didn’t take long . Let all Tesla people know that they need to charge up before coming. Everything else was perfect. Don’t let just anyone do your windshield. These guys have an amazing company for a reason. Everyone know their stuff and it’s cut and dry. With Tesla it would have taken 2 weeks to get an appt. The only other place I would trust is Safelite. They have the ability of programming whatever needs to be done with Tesla. They have sensors and whatever . They have the computer on prem. I would normally have them come to me to fix my windshield, but with a Tesla you have to come to their shop because of the programming or calibration or whatever you call it. It took realistically 2 hours to get it done but they have good coffee , bottled water , WiFi and comfortable area to get your work done so bring your laptop and chill. I had someone meet me there and have a meeting since I knew I was going to be tied up for two hours . Great great experience. They use protection so they don’t dirty up your seats or anything . They took a parking sticker and moved it to the new glass for me. They even took my cell phone magnetic mount that I thought they put in the trash with the old broken glass but they kindly removed it and left it in the car for me. They were even kind enough to put my air fresher on my rear view for me. I’m telling you I am very critical and I’m almost jealous at how tight of an operation they run. I want to open a Safelite franchise and quit my businesses. Nothing but love and the highest of recommendations. I wanted to time lapse film the replacement because it would have been cool for my YouTube channel but I got busy with my meeting l. They have a huge glass where you can watch them doing the work. Nothing to hide here. They will let you watch, film, do back flips.. whatever you want. Even the deductible can be done through the text or site . They send a link. Make sure you have your Tesla key card and 40% min charge and come with enough busy work for 2 hours. You will be so happy you did. Keep up the great work. I almost want my windshield to break again so I can come back to this amazing business! lol. I did no paperwork. I handed the guy the key card and when it was done they handed me my receipt and key card and the girl sitting behind the counter is the sweetest person in the world. As a tip I want to offer everyone and their families show tickets on the strip. Hit me up if you are interested you know my number from my receipt White Tesla 2026 model Y.
