  Needed a windshield replaced. Easy to make appointment online, as soon as next day. Very reasonable pricing. Staff very pleasant. Air conditioned lobby. We were in and out within 90 minutes.

  The service was exceptional. The car was kept overnight and stored inside. The technician came in early to get the car done. It’s a great place to go to get a windshield replaced.

  Safelite is a great and reputable company. Easy to work with and has mobile services in which I usually use and have had multiple great experience across several states. However two times now mobile services weren’t an option and ended up at the location off Rainbow and Oakey in Las Vegas NV and both times I was displeased. Both occasions took longer than promised and I was not completely satisfied with the service or even quality of the work. Most recent time, I had a appt for noon, and was told a few hrs for everything (cure time and recalibration). Work didn’t even start till 2pm and then seemed rushed as I was handed the keys and driving away with a dirty windshield by 3:45. While I will continue to use Safelite I will definitely try a different location should I need to go to a shop.

  Avoid this place at all cost! They will not only not fix your issue but will further break things. Here is my experience. I booked an appointment online and dropped off my vehicle as scheduled. I needed to have my entire windshield replaced. Upon arrival they immediately tried to upsell me to the OEM glass which was more than 50% higher in price. I stuck with the aftermarket part. Three hours later I received a text that my car is ready to be picked up. I went to the location only to find out that my windshield was still broken (in fact it was way more damaged than when I dropped it off). They stated that they couldn’t find the right part from the manufacturer and as a result could not do the work. They offer to do it if I called the manufacturer and found out the information for them. I refused, collected my keys and left. On the way home, I noticed that the sunglasses holder next to my rearview mirror was open. I tried to close it, only to realize that they had broken the latch. They took no responsibility and it will be a few hundred dollars to repair/replace. Absolutely avoid this place - rude customer service and incompetent technicians. I would give negative star rating, if I could!
