  Horrible service. I left my car all day there so they can call me when they were closing to let me know that they didn’t replace the windshield cause the new one was scratched which I know probably they left my car last and was lazy to do it. Car was there from 8:30 am until 4 pm.

  Avoid this location at all costs. Safelite on Rainbow Blvd. completely ruined my windshield due to absolute negligence and followed it up with a circus of scheduling errors. I originally scheduled a technician to come to my vehicle to fix a minor rock chip. Instead of a routine repair, the technician cracked my windshield beyond repair by applying a freezing agent to the glass while it was 108 degrees outside. Anyone with basic auto glass knowledge knows that extreme temperature shock will instantly stress and crack glass. To make matters worse, when they scheduled me for a replacement appointment at their own suggested time slot, they canceled on me at the last minute, claiming they didn't have enough time before closing. If that wasn't disorganized enough, multiple employees called me later that same day to ask if I was still coming in after they had already canceled it. They are unprofessional, technically incompetent, and running a complete circus. Avoid them if you value your vehicle.
