  Wow! What a great experience! The regulator on my back passenger side window went out and my window wouldn't roll up. From the time I spoke with Brock, to the time Julian showed up to make the repair was under two hours. Excellent communication, very quick service, and they even cleaned my window after getting it up. Can't not recommend Brock and the entire team at Preferred Auto Glass enough!

  Brock and his guys really stepped up for us on very short notice. After being victimized by a senseless rock attack that took out our back window late the night before, they made it happen with a stress-free mobile visit early the next day. We needed the car for an emergency trip and Preferred Chip Repair & Replacement saved the day.

  I’m impressed. I texted them this morning at 8am. They took my information and pictures of the damage. By 11:30am the guys were at my house and fixing it. By 12:15pm the repairs were completed. Excellent service, fast repair time and great price! The guys were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their company and services.

  These guys do it right and they do it well. The communication from Brock and his team was what you’d expect. The work done on my Acura was done perfectly and Brock fought to get me the correct windshield. Don’t take your business anywhere else. Thank you again, Brock and team.

  I called Brock and he was at my house an hour later!! Repaired my windshield for an amazing price! He was prompt, professional, and his work turned out perfect. I cannot see where the original damage was. I highly recommend him knowing that you will be completely satisfied and his work is guaranteed
